We're next to Huntington-Ingles Shipyard jsut off Interstate 664 and the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel. Holland is close to all major employers as well as colleges and universities on both the Peninsula and Southside Hampton Roads. The owner has spared no expense in the complete renovation that perfectly blends the charm of the past with the conveniences of the present. Some apartments have water views of the James River. We currently have a two bedroom apartment that will be available for occupancy on or before 3/12/21. We require a credit/criminal check and your income should be 3X the rent amount.
