Vintage 1-bedroom units in this historic Queen Anne brick building in Winooski with so much character. Each has a separate, private entrance and porch. Public transportation is nearby. Walking distance to Downtown. Close to I-89. No pets or smokers. (Note: one of the owners is a licensed real estate agent, and we do not use or accept ONLINE applications. Applications are given once you have a chance to view the apartment.)
