A charming college town in the suburbs of northeast New Jersey, Little Falls sits along the Passaic River and is the proud home to Montclair State University. Property Ratings at Hilltop Manor Apartments
I loved my 1br apartment here. It was spacious, well-maintained and the neighborhood is very nice too. I loved having a front and back door, off-street parking and lots of closet space. The cat population kept the area free from rodents and other infestation. Great experience.
The complex has 5-6 stray cats that live inside a hole in one of the buildings. One of the tenants feeds these strays 2-3 times a day so they are constantly around. Management is well aware of the cats and does absolutely nothing about it.
This is a nice place to live. Close to schools, And shopping, Trains and buses,Off the street parking.
