Great staff I picked this complex on availability and convenience. However, I stay in this complex because of the amazing people who run it. Christine and the maintenance staff are amazing.!!!

Hillsborough Gardens is a hidden gem. Love the apartment my family and I just moved into. Staff is wonderful and made my move in process easy and smooth!!

Hillsborough is a great place to live. I recently just moved out after 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. The maintance and managment staff are very helpful and responsive to my calls. The area around the apartment is great, as it is close to shopping centers, plently of parks and green spaces, and the local elementary school. I strongly recommend Hillsborough Gardens.

In this area, it's rare to find a very nice property manager. Ms. Margie is definitely a 5*. If I can give 10*, I would. While I am just moving in, I can see that the area if pretty quiet and neighborhood safe. The apt is spacious and reasonably priced. Put Ms. Margie into the equation, and you will for sure have a great stay in this place. She just makes you feel at home, she picks up the phone and answer emails even off-hours. Definitely reliable and helpful in every way. Thanks Ms. Margie and all the great staff at Hillsborough Garden Apartments!

I have been living in an apartment there for over two years and it has been my best experience by far out of all the places I've lived. The apartment is spacious, in a good location, heat is included in the rent, and the property manager is helpful, friendly, and available for any issues. This past winter my heat stopped working and I called the emergency maintenance number and the guy showed up in under 10 minutes and had the problem fixed 10 minutes later. My AC stopped cooling recently and a simple e-mail to the property manager had that resolved in a day. I have lived at places where I didn't even know who the property manager was or how to contact them, so living here has been enjoyable, low-stress, and low-maintenance.

I loved my apartment at Hillsborough Gardens. I lived here for 2 years and would’ve stayed but my personal circumstances changed and had to move out. This is a beautiful community, the apartments are spacious, maintenance issues are resolved immediately, and never had to call the office twice because of any issue. Margie from the rental office is very professional, caring, friendly and provides exceptional customer service. The maintenance crew, Nino and Carlos, are also very professional and always responded in a timely manner. If I ever need to look for an apartment again, I will never think twice about moving back to Hillsborough Gardens. I will dearly miss Margie! I highly recommend this place!!!

After sign the lease and not yet get in the apartment but they are responding our complaint. What ever we ask to do. They don't do it. We only have to do for temporary renting. I never ever saw like this management people. If go renting a new lease and renovated apartment but not be renovated all. They did change the rust kitchen tap faucet, safety lock in main door and including balcony curtain also. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. Before coming they will help a lot but after lease not responding properly.

Stayed for 3 years and really good community. Margie is very helpful and maintenance also good.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great. Margie the property manger is excellent and she has been such a big help to me! Nice community, well kept property.

This Apartment take 300$ as Cleaning fee while you move out.Again they Charge almost 1000$ from deposit C Claiming that ,Dirty and broken.They fix the cheaper electrical product and claims that we broken it.Basically they want to eat your Deposit.
