The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hillsborough Apartments
New Disposal The maintenance crew is anything But disposable!! They are always on it! Even when seeing in hallway, they will acknowledge the service request and give a timeline! He came in, took care I business….. my new disposal is so quiet compared at the old one. Let the are perfectly clean!! He even took a large plastic tote I was looking to get rid of, out for me. Saved me the hassle! Hillsborough is my community and the maintenance & office work great at keeping it a lovely homey place to live!!!??????

Friendly and thorough! I had a great experience with my tour of the apartment complex. I was provided clear and comprehensive information about my potential living quarters and the many wonderful amenities. I will go back again to help make my final decision.
Great first week here. ! The apartment was clean and ready for us, People are quiet and respectful, and management is wonderful. We have upgraded to say the least!
Recent Maintenance Exp As always, I have a good exp with the maintenance team here HB-Apts. Appreciate the prompts response and thorough job!
I’ve been living here for 5-6months and it’s ok.. small unit great for 1-2persons. Close to stores and very convenient to get around. Located in a quiet neighborhood as well. Residents are kind as well and apartment isn’t too loud or noisy. My rent was affordable for me so that’s the only good thing. Very bad part is the apartment has a very bad smell and it’s very bad. My unit smells so bad too. I mention it to the staff but all they could do is just shrugged it off. The smell, smells like cloves or like a musty spicy scent, not sure how to describe it but it stank so bad. My lease doesn’t end till 2025 so I’m just staying here for now. They have a small fitness room and 2 swimming pool and it’s a great use too. However this apartment is literally like a loop or like a circle. If you’re on the further end, you won’t even be near the elevator so don’t even bother with it. Also if your unit is facing the courtyard make sure to have extra earplugs because during the summer and spring the frogs can be really really loud because there’s a pond at the courtyard.
Lived here since 2021 and it has been a great place to stay. However, ever since their renovation I've seen my rent go up and up with every new extension lease. I love living here and its pretty quiet for me but seeing these 1BR being listed lower than what I am paying for is truly disappointing.
Come too Hillsborough if you love mice. I have had 4 in my apartment and have talked to staff since finding them and still no help smh.
Wow, the staff have been wonderful! Very responsive and appropriate, both in-person and via email. All of the notices have been timely, professional, and appropriate. Very well-managed and maintained. Repairs are speedy. Residents are medium-friendly -- some a tad more or less than others but nobody on the extreme that I have met so far. I have zero complaints. I have lived in multiple apartments throughout my life, and this has been my best experience.

building smalley very bad, with cockroach and spider in the house , when you enter in the apartment building ,corridor entrance too dirty with very bed odor ,they never cleaned paito, or spider net every where, after move out they charged you for anything. i would never recommend this apartment.
Management has changed since I moved in a year ago. Poorly managed, horrible communication, during the winter will post notice all over the building about having cars removed from the parking lot for the snow plowers by Noon, beware they start towing cars at 8am. Club room and community room is old and outdated. I did enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool, very well kept and maintenance is great.
The building is very secure, the only way to get in is to get buzzed in by a tenant or to have an access key FOB. Indoor/Outdoor pools are clean and well kept. There is a game room and sauna, as well as a work-out room in the building. The front office is open M-F, and they are very willing to answer questions you have. Pets are welcome. Nice size balconies. The rent is a bit high and keeps increasing each year, which is a little troublesome. Overall, a very nice and friendly place to live.
Great apartments, in a great location. Within 10 minutes of everything you need, with a grocery store and tons of restaurants and bars right down the street, easily within walking distance. All units are cat friendly and some are dog friendly! Maintenance works really well and is always really quick after putting an order in (which you can do online!). You can pay your rent online and you can get in touch with other people in the building via the website. Has 2 pools indoor/outdoor, with a great workout room and locker room, there is also a game room and plenty of places to barbecue. Overall a really great place!
