Horrible experience
We lived here 1 year max. I got scammed out of $1400 for a countertop that we did not crack. They were extremely unprofessional in handling. Apartments or company who did the job could not provide pics of the work after. Also charge 40 monthly valet trash when they never come to get trash.

Can't use a single isolated maintanance situation to recommend people. Specially when the referral fee is never paid. The people at the office sat on our referral fee for over a year and now they said the tenant wasn't up to date.

A WARNING!!!
I have lived in Hilliard Grand since April 2018. For the last 1.5 years property went way downhill. Managers and Leasing agents changed so many times that it was hard to know who to contact to get things done. When I needed to extend my lease, I sent my request through email I received no reply, I tried to call - no answers. I Tried to stop by the office a few times (during the office hours) and I had no luck. Office doors were closed while the office staff were inside, and no one answered the door. Corporate calls did not help to fix the office staff issue. This issue with extending my lease was resolved only after I contacted the regional manager. In addition, they did not give me my full deposit back once I moved out. When I called to find out what the charge was, the leasing agent said that I didn't return the keys on time. Current manager charged me for as she claims “late keys drop off”. The Keys were dropped off into the dropbox on time - Monday May 31, 2021 - Memorial Day (office was closed). I Tried to call them the next day, June 1st, to make sure they got the keys and again no one answered the phone. And somehow on June 1st, they managed to misplace the keys and charged me for one day. The manager or leasing agents didn’t contact me or return my calls during the office hours. Instead, the manager decided to contact me via email after office hours around 8:47 pm. I tried to contact the regional manager regarding this issue, but, apparently, after you become a former resident they don't even listen to you and do not even respond.

Apartment was decent, price was good for the area, office staff is hit or miss but I've never had better maintenance and I lived in apartments for 10 years. One thing I hated though was how sound traveled. I could literally hear conversations and TVs in the apartments around me.

I wouldn't recommend it for parking availability. Just in my short time here I've seen a motorcycle and a car not move ever from their spots. It' pretty irritating that they can just park a car they never use and a covered motorcycle basically permanently in these spots. I would recommend living here for the nice interiors and quiet community!

Positives: Responsive management office and maintenance. Quiet location, great amenities and location. Negatives: One of the rules is to not park on the street. However, the rule is not enforced much. Many townhome residents on one side of the street on Landview Dr always park on the street. This is an inconvenience and has been multiple years but not fully addressed. It is not fair to other residents as the street is narrow and would only allow parking on one side.

I would recommend this community but with the caution that the units lack upgraded features and the grounds (pool, lawn areas, dog poop recepticles) are not consistently maintained. I love to recommend this community.But every lease increasing rent which is not affordable .Maintenance and all very very satisfying .No problem at all.Definitely we will recommend this community.Wonderful community.

All employees have been very responsive and respectful to all needs and requests. The grounds are clean and trash area has been kept clear as well. I feel very safe here and call it home.
