The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Please don’t waste your time I regret choosing this place, it was not clean when I moved in. I hope the last people got their security deposit back because obviously they didn’t fix anything. Their scratches everywhere they left somebody’s gross LED lights up for some reason they didn’t give me drip pants for my stove if you’re thinking about moving here, I promise you you’ll be able to find a better place for the price.
I like it here. Nice apartments for the price. The garage leaks when it rains but it’s not too bad. Little things here and there that make it a typical apartment complex. Office lady is so sweet.
Everything was broken or move in. Landlord quoted 40 bucks off a day until fixed. Everything finally fixed. Landlord says and we will take 20 off perday. Asked what happened to the 40? She then proceeded to scream into the phone that she is human and makes mistakes. Maintenance work is a pain to get done. Maintenance comes out to just tell you that it’ll be awhile because “he’s the only one working 3 properties” or that “it’s a 2 man job, so he can’t do it until they hire another” our garage has flooded since day 1 and they refuse to fix it. The gutter broke off during a thunderstorm and they refuse to do anything so water pours onto the balcony and into the garage. Garage has slimy mold growing all over ceiling where water damage is visible. all in all, save yourself the headache and do not move here.
Nothing in apartment was cleaned prior to move in. Mold in garage from water leaking. Garage floods every time it rains. They sent out their maintenance guy who sprayed some sealant. Said it was fixed. Garage still floods. Have notified office multiple times. They had to call in a cleaning service after the move in date. So our move in was delayed so they could clean the apartment that was already supposed to be clean. Toilet pump was broken. As was garbage disposal. Took a month for both to be fixed. Very sub par experience so far.
apartment wasn't cleaned before i moved in. ceiling still hasn't been painted seven months later after it fell in d/t water leak upstairs. it happened before i ever moved in. staff is impossible to get ahold of. office is never open to pay rent forcing you to pay late fees or card fees on the website. changed office outs from ONE PM TO FOUR PM this sep 28th WITHOUT letting anyone know, just found out because they printed a dinky note and left it on the door. everything here was broken when i moved in. i'm over it. do NOT move here.
Property Manager at Hillcrest, Responded To This Review
Dear Resident, I’m sorry to hear that your stay with us has been less than ideal. Please reach out to the office so we can get the necessary repairs scheduled. If you ever feel like your maintenance concerns are not being addressed in a timely enough manner, I suggest that you reach out to the leasing office so we can look into further. Although the posted office hours have been adjusted, we are always available via email or by leaving a message on our voicemail should the office not be open. Matter of fact, the office is still open from 10am-5pm Monday-Friday until late October when they will be adjusted to 1-5pm temporarily. In regards to payment methods and late fees, due to the current situation, we have not posted late fees since March 2020. Please let us know if you were charged a late fee in error. We offer multiple payment methods to accommodate all of our residents including an online payment portal that does charge a small service fee that goes back to the merchant. Again, please feel free to reach out to the leasing office so we can address your maintenance concerns. Sincerely, Hillcrest Apartments
This apartment has very nice views and amazing neighbors, but the new maintenance guy is very rude and unprofessional.
Very nice quiet place.. Nice maintenance people... close to everything... very nice office people.. that always help you out and get things done...
