The worst apt I have rented. Mice and roaches every week, the noise from the other Apts is really loud. Be careful with people above and below your apt. Horrible place to live never will recommend it.
My family and I have lived here for many years, there are spiders, roaches, and mice throughout the building. Maintenance is TRASH. Our ceilings have leaked on MULTIPLE occasions and they just give a temporary fix, maintenance also SAYS they will come to fix something then never comes. The company itself (Tuli reality) is horrible and does not care whatsoever about its tenents. Every couple of months this place has no hot water (or sometimes no water at all) or the water comes out blackish/brown. Lots of molds and overall, don't move in PLEASE!!!! There are MILLIONS of other issues about this complex I could talk about as well, but it may not fit here...
I toured, applied (paid the application fee) and they never reached out to me again. This was after I spoke to one of the tour people and they said the room was mine once I got the application in. This lack of communication and false commitment nearly had me homeless for a few days
I've lived on Hill Street apartments for 4 years now. This is the place I call home. This tiny, one-bedroom space in sometimes what might be considered the noisiest and smelliest building on the block is MY home, my humble abode because it is cozy and comfortable. Very convenient for public transportation, restaurants, and shops. This place is what I look forward to going to after a long hard day at work or walking to after a tough work out at the nearby gym or a jog in the park. Here is where I find peace. It is home and I love it.
