The people are friendly very nice place to live. Neighbors are great. I love this place and they keep the place real clean. Good job in the carpet. They keep the windows clean very nice.

Move-in was easy and Heath was an absolute dream as our leasing agent. We have a beautiful unit and we were able to get everything done online. We had some minor maintenance things come up since we just moved in but Scott and Daniel fixed it within a day and were so wonderful! I have no negatives thus far and I’m so excited we chose highlands at Hudson for our new home.

Hi there - 100% satisfaction is our goal! Great to see Highlands at Hudson gave you such a great experience.
Since the new company took over, property maintenance and repairs has been awful. The elevator in the main building has been broken for over a month, pool and bbq areas not open yet, garages were shut down for almost 3 weeks, cockroaches in the building. I'm very disappointed with Greystar so far. I would have recommended this place to people before management switched hands. Not now.

This place has everything you could ask for in an apartment complex with rents that are honestly such a steal. The biggest highlight is the management team, Sean and Heath, who genuinely strive to make both the application process and the experience of living here better. The apartments themselves also feel nice and renovated, and the buildings themselves feel clean and well maintained. There is also ample parking outside, which is a huge plus. The location is very convenient because it is close to 495, a shopping center and downtown Hudson. Overall, such a great place with great people, and I’m proud and happy to be a resident of this complex.
