Management not complient

don't live here!! The office management is always loosing our checks and has failed to co-operate when we ask for our leasing agreement.lots of shady things going on in these apartements.live here only if you are okay with being charged hidden fees and have your water turned of with no warning almost 3-4 times a week.

Home sweet Home

I really enjoy living here!! My apartment is very spacious and it includes an energy efficient washer/dryer that makes it so convenient! The freeway is nearby and it makes it easy for me to get around. The maintenance team is hardworking. And the office staff is super friendly and always helpful! From many apartments I’ve lived at this is one of my favorites!

Happy Student

I've lived here at Highlander Pointe for 2 years and I love it. I defiantly love the fact that I can ride my bike everywhere (UCR, shopping, movies, restaurants). The office is so sweet and I just go in to visit with the girls sometimes. I decided to extend my lease for another 14 months because I love it here !!!

It is a nice apartment near University of California Riverside. It is little over price. However, it is under management of very good people and it is in a good community.

Clean, quiet community with professional management

Clean and quiet community. The manager answers the calls and sends help promptly whenever I had maintenance issues. The laundry room is kept clean and the community feels safe and secure.

Decent

I've lived in this apartment for about two years, it's peaceful, quiet and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The walls are paper thin, but other than that the management is friendly, and courteous when they are going to turn off the water to fix things, they let tenants know in advance. Overall, it's a decent stay. There are no bugs, beside the normal spiders you get here and there, I've only seen a couple of spiders throughout my stay here.
