Beast place to live The staff is on point and are very nice and respectful the aparments are noce amd if anything is ever needed the staff responds quicklwy i highley recommend living here it has a great pool

Absolutely love this community. All the clubhouse staff are great and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Quiet area and plenty of parking. Highland view is always on top of making sure the yards are kept looking nice and scooping snow in a timely manner making it easy to walk outside and leave safely. The clubhouse also hosts fun little things throughout the year.

Fixed sink and cleaned A/C Maintenance staff worked efficiently and effectively. Staff was very kind and professional.

Maintenance Asked for a float valve replacement as CC mine was leaking. Within 15 minutes someone was at my door to fix the problem. Excellent service!!

Replaced the bulb and even took time to fix our disposal.

I love my new Apartment. I’ve been here for a little over a month and I am so pleased with the community. They work hard to keep the area clean and maintained. People are so friendly here and all together I feel very comfortable and safe here.

First impressions were great!! The staff helped me and my roommates find the perfect place to call home! They were very easy to work with. The community was welcoming and polite.

COCKROACHES everywhere, birds in some of the dryer vents, extremely cheap construction (typical CIP property), but hey, at least my apartment is renovated, the staff is nice, and the clubhouse is remodeled. The winter wasn't bad but the day it became warm we began to have the problem of cockroaches. Me and my roommate are near freaks so wondering why we had this problem we did some investigating. Our investigation lead to the conclusion that the cockroaches are coming out of our sink and from a hole in our wall behind our stove. Called the manager and they sent an exterminator at least. Then the exterminator came a second time, but the cockroaches keep coming back. I live on the second floor so I talked to someone from the first floor and they just moved in a week ago and between the time they cleaned that apartment for the new tenant and moved in, they had cockroaches all over their kitchen and haven't even been able to put their stuff away yet. We have had the same issue so they will just keep sending out the exterminator but they need to spray the whole building since they're in the walls of the building. I mentioned this to them and they happily stated that each tenant needs to notify them about the issue to have them spay their apartments. So I guess they will just keep sending the exterminator again and again and again. But hey, they have a new clubhouse. Just wish they would take care of the apartments. Living in the apartment's constantly over flowing dumpsters would be more sanitary than having the cockroaches in/on your food, kitchenware, bedding, everything you own. There are plenty of apartments around this area, I highly recommend you use the campsites just north of here or the apartments on the east side of interstate 180, just not highland view apartments. (I am by no means promoting other apartment complexes. I am a current tenant for the 2017-2018 leasing year.)

This complex was had great rates and an amazing maintenance staff who were always helpful and friendly. But unfortunately we spent most of our time convincing friends that we didn't smoker. Our apartment, clothes, and furniture all smelled of cigarettes after a few months. If you're a smoker, no problem. If you're not, this might be a deal breaker. I wish I had known sooner how bad it would be.

They are great here. Always doing something for their residents that live here. They are all nice employees. They are all helpfull!! They have tailgating party for the Husker Game sometime.

These apartments have a reasonable rate. There is a lot space in the apartment, but the appliances are a little bit dated. The maintenance staff is always quick to try to fix your issues too. The pool and gym are both nicely maintained amenities. The complex has a great location between two highways, and the walls are nicely insulated so you can't hear traffic in your apartment. It's a great place for families or a convenient location for college students who need quick accessibility to downtown Lincoln. I'm very pleased living here so far!
