Highland Ridge is a great place for families or couples. The staff is very friendly and quick to help with any issues. The staff is great for having activities at the Club house such as pool parties at the end of the summer, Santa for the children, and other activities throughout nthe year for the tenants to get together We always get excited and count down the days for the pool to open! We love our neighbors and always look out for each other.

Dawn and Ashley were fantastic throughout the leasing process and made the experience smooth and efficient. Dawn was particularly helpful and answered any questions I had almost immediately. Highland Ridge is very new and well kept. Cleaning common areas, painting regularly, paving is kept up. Staff is excellent and a big reason I like living here.

From the moment I walked into the Highland Ridge club house I was impressed-very modern/ classy with the sparkle duck and the welcoming scent of home. Dawn and Kathy were so nice and helpful??. I love the area. It is safe and peaceful. The apartments are very up to date and the amenities are amazing. I also love that you can rent for the amount of months you need and not locked into a year long lease. Highland Ridge is a great place to live????

I love my apartment but I don’t love the cheap build. For this being marketed as “luxury,” the dishwasher doesn’t work and I have to hand wash all of my dishes. Also, the insulation is so bad that there’s zero privacy between you and your neighbors. I live on the third floor and I’m able to hear very intimate and personal conversations from my neighbors below me when they’re talking a speaking level, not scream.

I have been a resident here at Highland Ridge from the beginning. It’s a very clean and peaceful community with a friendly management team. Management communication is good they listen to make sure all tenants are working together to keep the community safe and clean. I love the area the community is in and it’s very convenient with expressway right here you have access to all directions.

Property is very clean, pet friendly and all the units have all new amenities. Pool is great in summer, crowded on weekends, maybe need a second one for 240 units. Only problem is the noise. Walls seem thin. Can clearly hear conversations next to your unit. And if you have a unit above you, it is terrible. Every step is heard. Your animals freak out, thinking someone is coming in. Overall nice apartment, stay away from a lower unit, trust me!!

I have been a resident at H-R since day one. its a beautiful friendly community, The management takes pride in really knowing who we are as individuals living in the community. All members of the management team are very helpful and friendly. The complex is in a area that feels out of the way from every day congestion, but you can hop on the expressway and be anywhere in minutes, its location is in a very convenient area. I enjoy living here its very peaceful.

The Highlands made me feel comfortable from the day 1 and everything is brand new and working. I have nothing bit good things to say about my living experience here Thank you Highland Ridge
The move in process has been smooth and safe! Can't wait to see everything Highland has to offer! It's been excellent so far!
All service requests are ignored unless you complain many times. Smoke detectors always go off. Water Bill's higher then when I was at my house. Repairs are temporary and then ignored.

Great neighborhood, neighbors are very friendly, quiet and welcoming. Dogs are super friendly. Its very well structured and the views from balconies are astonishing.

I reached out on Friday, May 15th to a leasing agent inquiring about an apartment with a promotion that was advertised on their website that went till 5/31/2020. They emailed me back at 6pm on Friday saying they don’t offer the promotion anymore and I had to apply that day to get the promotion. I did not see the email till Monday and said I would sign that day and they wouldn’t honor their own promotion that was supposed to go to 5/31/2020. Total lack of customer care.
Highland Ridge is a very upscale living community, the quality of living here is unmatched. The community gives you a sense of security and feels very safe. The community is quiet with little to no disturbances when you are just wanting to relax in your home. Highland Ridge stands by their name as it is the epitome of luxury living.
Community is fantastic! Everyone in the leasing office is always readily available and friendly!
