I’ve been living here for about 5 months. This property is very well-maintained and newer. The leasing office is very welcoming and helpful. One thing that has stood out to me is the events we have here to connect with other people and to share memories with our kids, friends, and family! Also, the gym is very nice!!!!!

My husband and I have been living at Highfield for a little over a year. We were among some of the first people to move in. Dan allowed us to choose exactly where we wanted and we have loved it ever since. Also, we have not gotten to speak with Adam much, but we have seen him in the office many late nights. He really does care about this community and its residents. We hope that new people moving in will cherish Highfield and take care of it because it deserves to stay one of the #1 apartment complexes in Madison!

Highfield of Madison is such a nice and welcoming place to live, with a friendly atmosphere that truly feels like home. I moved here a couple months ago and have loved my experience at Highfield Madison! Dan in the leasing office gave me a tour and I have loved everything about my apartment. The valet trash is excellent and the maintenance staff is always on top of things too! I highly recommend choosing Highfield Madison!

Adam is THE BEST property manager you could ask for. He cares and it shows in his interactions with his residents and seeing him stay after hours to make sure our community looks clean. I can't tell you how many times I have seen him walking the property with a blower after the office closes to ensure cleanliness. He is always willing to help. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and responded to promptly. We are buying a house soon, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Great customer service and a staff that cares makes all the difference.

I loved my unit and the location of highfield when i lived there. Super open floor plan and it fit my needs. I will say that all of my doors were hung crooked (not a big deal, but you could definitely notice it) and my water tank didn’t work properly until two weeks after move in. My neighbors were also extremely loud and the property always smelled like weed. I put in numerous complaints but nothing was done

I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. He cares, is kind, and is always helpful. Living in an apartment with a property manager that has those qualities makes living there much more worth it. The appliances are fabulous and there’s so much room for storage. I highly recommend living here!

The Highfield Maintenance team is top notch and very responsive due to Doug the team lead. He ensures work orders are completed quickly and has a deep concern for the tenants and their comforts. Regardless of the time of day there is a quick response. Will, a maintenance technician is outstanding and quick to respond to work orders. He is dedicated and stays on the job until complete. He has a strong desire to make sure tenants are satisfied. Tina, the grounds keeper, has done an outstanding job keeping the grounds clean. She works very hard making sure the complex is clean, and the exteriors look good.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with my apartment complex. I currently been living here 1 year and soon to renew my lease. Maintenance team Doug has been nothing but excellent with his service and quick response into fixing any issues I have had with my unit. Adam the manager is always attentive to any issues and a good listener. Everyone from Dan to Tina and Tiara also are always available to help. I don’t have anything negative to say about this complex. I hope it stays this way !

We have lived at Highfield since August 2024, and anytime we were to need any maintenance done it was completed within the hour! Trash is kept up, landscapes clean and wonderful amenities. I love Highfield Madison!

I had the pleasure of touring Highfield Madison Apartments today, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Adam and Tiara were. From the moment I walked in, I felt a true sense of community and warmth. Adam and Tiara genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. Their dedication to fostering a welcoming environment is truly refreshing. The new fire pit area was also a highlight – it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating spaces where people can connect and relax. The pool table in the resident lounge was a nice touch too! I still have a few other places to see, but Highfield Madison has set a very high bar. This feels like a place I will more than likely be calling home!
