Staff from leasing team to maintenance personnel have been incredible. Amenities are extensive and fantastic. Have already met a number of other tenants who appear open and engaging. Downside is the overload of applications thrown at a new tenant, a number of which have unclear applicability or that appear redundant. How many firms does one have to share data with in order to live and move around a community? I am sure that we will sort things out but there is a lot to handle when relocating and figuring out which app does which function adds to the new tenant stress.

Clean, Beautiful, and generous community. I recommend somebody to move-in, especially for those who are students of William and Mary. However 80 contract pages, insurance, and utilities contracts are serious burdens.

We love living here! The amenities are great and clean, there’s never too many people at the gym because it’s has 2 stories so everyone can find a place to do their thing. The pool is well-maintained and is a very nice place to spend time at in the summer heat. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and nice to look at. Maintenance team is really fast and responsive, whatever the problem may be. Every person in staff is kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help! We tell our friends and family about this apartment complex all the time, especially after hearing their stories of being unsatisfied with theirs!

Real tranquil living not too noisy and parking is never hard to find, the steam sauna is amazing after a good workout and if you ever have one of those days you don’t feel like being in the kitchen there are plenty of places around too choose from

The apartment complex is nice, they have good amenities and good events during the month. My only two complaints are an elevator that doesn’t work since 2023 and the package room is really messy and can’t find any of your online purchases.

Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, clothing stores, drug stores, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, doctor offices and many comfortable places to walk. There is also a Park and Recreation Center less then a mile up the street. My neighbors are also quiet and friendly.

I would recommend to anybody in the world in the peninsula area , u have so many stores and restaurants that you could even walk to if u wanted to .. the high street luxury apartments definitely are competing with Los Angeles apartments and Miami luxury apartments , you couldn’t ask for anything better , it’s like living on a resort everyday off your life .. honestly I promise .. this place over amazing and I salute (as a veteran ) the entire company (GREYSTAR) this is a master Peace!

Way too many fire alarms. At least two every month. Always false alarms. Never actual fire. Management gaslights residents, always blaming the alarms on "people smoking/vaping in hallways," when it is obvious that's not the truth. Fire department has confirmed that is not accurate.

Hi, it's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar.
I enjoy living here! The amenities are nice when they work, ( I will say the elevator has been out for about a year) ?? they do keep updates on parts needed. The fire alarm goes off once a month if not more, usually in the middle of the night. (Only phase 2) I had property stolen off my property, and when making a public post in our community post line, it was rejected due to “negativity” all I said was shame on who stole from me: so I guess save the feelings of a thief ?? They do many festivities throughout the month. It feels a little “highschool clicky” at times, I feel the mandatory garage fee is not necessary when the dump is across our hall and never use the service but it’s mandatory. The dog parks aren’t well kept, often the trash bins are completely full for days on, they do the best they can with the rooftop dog park, but it’s nasty and a last resort on cold days. Everyone is friendly to the face for the most part.

Amazing place to live! Lovely pool and gym. Everyone is very friendly. It’s also well located. Easy to grab breakfast at tipsy bean or a late night burger at 5 Guys.

High Street is a really nice place to live, but if there was one down side it would be the management. While the people/managers are all really friendly, there are times where you just cannot get a hold of them. Additionally, several elevators have been dysfunctional, as well as several fire alarms. I think that overall, it's a great place, and I do recommend it, but I hope they get a little bit more organized. I think this is due to a change in management/control, so it's understandable, but it's been a few months now, so it probably should be fixed soon. Once things are in order again, I believe that this apartment complex is a 5/5 and friendly to all.

There are walking trails, theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, drug stores and much more in walking distance. The community is welcoming and the neighbors are very friendly. There is a lot to do and many places to go easily by car or walking.

I love it. It’s very peaceful & very pretty. Glad I am able to be apart of this community. The office staff is very nice, not to mention the amenities for resident & their pets! There’s two dog parks as well, plus a huge community to hike.

Noisy. Dog barking. Hard flooring creates loud noise from upstairs neighbors walking. Package room needs better organization in finding packages. Suggest Alphabetically instead of numbering. Storage for bikes, but no storage for small boat crafts.??
