We just moved in 8/7 and it’s a nice complex/apartment floor plan. The process for rental initially was great. Move in and getting help since move in has been horrible. Apartment was not clean, lots of repairs needed. Maintenance great, office not so much.

I love high River apartment Im in the best area, when you go to the left youre in Tuscaloosa area 5 minutes on everything and if you go the right you are 5 minutes in downtown Tuscaloosa or northport! Officers on site, swimming pool is so clean and its so quiet and clean! Nice area! Thank you!

I've been living at High Rivers for 15 years and I can truly say that the tenants here responds quite well if they are respected. So in my case, it isn't an issue -- people come, and they leave with a happy face.

Never got my deposit. Laundry room is permanently broken or under repair. Swimming pool is under "renovation" for the whole season. They were keeping my package with job offer for the month in the office not telling me they have it. Package left on the porch was stolen. I can keep going and going. There is literally nothing good about this place

We do not have a laundry room at High River and our pool has not been under renovation or repair at all. Additionally, we have a package locker system that all packages are placed in for residents where they are notifiied immediately by text and email and we do not accept packages at the office. We love it here is nice,clean , quiet, good place for kid they also have washer and dryer so you don't have to provide your own which I love it the most and Emily she is very helpful and nice we love it

Bell Partners have made upgrade changes to the complex; however, the ground areas need some TLC.
Very happy so far living at High River. Very quiet community. As in all apartments there have been small issues that required maintenance, however, the staff at High River have been very easy to work with and have responded promptly to fix any problems that have occurred.
Very peaceful and quiet community. Office staff is great, very friendly and helpful.
I absolutely love living here. It is clean and I feel very safe, especially knowing there is a police officer within walking distance. There is a great sense of community and the dog park is very convenient.

I absolutely love living at High River. The community is very friendly with a mix of students, families, and other archetypes of people living in the community. Many residents have dogs and everyone is friendly, there is hardly any noise and I have had the most peaceful and enjoyable experience living here.
