About High Country Square Apartments
Each unit is approximately 900 sq. ft. with big windows for lots of natural light, the floors are luxury vinyl plank, the kitchen has granite counter tops, appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and a washer dryer. Some of the units feature spacious 10-12ft ceiling heights. Your rent will also include parking at the community and we are pet friendly! Expenses not included in rent will be your water, electricity & cable/Wi-Fi. Pet rent is a monthly charge of $35, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee $350. Renter's insurance is required at the tenant's expense. From High Country Square you’re a short drive to skiing, hiking, biking, fine dining and all the high country has to offer.
