The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hidden Valley Apartments
I enjoy living here. The staff is very nice and professional. The only complaint I have is the neighbors upstairs are super loud at times.
Great place to live! I moved in July and the apartment is quiet and clean. Had an issue with a kitchen light and they fixed it same day which was so appreciated. The property is clean and feels safe which is appreciated. Only issue I have is finding a place to park outside on weekends which isn’t the end of the world either because I have a garage stall:). Overall very happy.
Smelly Apartment The smell won’t go away. Can’t wait to move. Sorry, but it stinks. The floors and cabinets won’t come clean either.
Fairly decent Its being going alright. Rent price raises over the last years have really hurt
I love my apartment and living here is great. But wish I my window worked correctly and my balcony was painted.
Has been doing well Except for the increased charges and charging for laundry now the overall service, maintence and everything else has gone really well.
Nice but noisy sometimes I’m mostly quite satisfied living here but sometimes noise from loud engines or people is disruptive.
Garage door My garage door lock was changed at some point last year without me even being notified, I had to call emergency maintenance on Christmas Day to have them come out and open it, the the following Monday I stopped in the office to see why it was changed, and they said I put in a request, which I never did, and if I did why would they never give me a new key ?
Good place to live with good management! Very well kept property with nice faculty as well as great customer service! 5/5 recommend!
Wonderful Place to Live Maintenance is top-notch, quick to respond and fix things. Older building but if you are okay with that wonderful place to live in a great community!
Amazing property Very clean and well kept property! Company does a good job with staying on top of issues that may happen and do a very good job with helping residents with any concern or issue!
Very happy with my apartment! I have been very satisfied with my residence and maintenance is quite to fix things I am extremely content with my place of residence, and the maintenance team is prompt at fixing things.
Excelente Organización Son una maravillosa organización conformado por un excelente personal!
the deck work I know that you had no control over the weather but I didn't move my rug and furniture out on the deck because of work you planned to do on it. while I enjoy the splotches on orange on my deck, is there any chance the work will continue? Or should I just move onto my deck?
Review Great place to live., Always updating and improving things. Great neighbors. They are very professional the way they manage.. Just one suggestion that they install a key card. Entryway. So it's not so easy to walk into the building. Otherwise five star review
Great Place Awesome place to live. Very Peaceful and friendly neighbors.
Great place
They act fast to fixing my refrigerator.
