Wonderful place to live! Community is transitioning to non smoking which is a huge bonus! Lots of amenities to choose from including bikes and a car wash station which I’ve never seen before!

The management staff is wonderful, helpful, and always friendly. However, there is quite a bit of neglected maintenance throughout the community. If those things were resolved, it would greatly enhance the entire property and attract more renters.

Friendly staff, maintenance is always on top of things. The community is calm, and peaceful. I absolutely love my place! Cheeko (my dog) gets so much love from the maintenance staff when we are out walking. He gets a lot of loving and treats. He’s very happy here as well and that means the world to me. Thus far, it has been an over promise, under deliver scenario! More than enough time to properly ready the apartment, yet it wasn’t even close to be in proper condition. Nor did I get the ‘new appliances’ as indicated. The washer and dryer are clearly very old and dirty. Luxury apartment price for an average apartment home.

I think it’s a good place to live. Quiet. I think the parking situation could be a bit better, maybe assigned parking so it’s not so chaotic. Management is kind of strict on the rule, the least important ones. Like no Christmas lights year round and no shoes on your OWN porch?

It’s been almost 3 years of our stay here . Maintenance is good will complete the order mostly on same day of request and overall community neighborhood is good.

Easy move in. Great communication with front office. Love all the amenities and fun activities to do here. Dog friendly. Clean. Only bad thing are the geese.
We’ve been here forever so it must be somewhere decent. The usual issues here and there over the years, in terms of apartment living but nothing major.
We have really enjoyed our time living here. All our neighbors are so kind and generous. Some residents drive a little too fast but thankfully the property put in speed bumps which were a good idea! The only thing that could use an update to fit the rest of the neighborhood is to update the kids playground and court. But we still love living here and haven’t had a complaint in the 2 years we’ve been!

The new stainless and white kitchen is great! My building is very quite and neighbors are polite or keep to themselves. The property is well maintained, nice lake and alot of wildlife to enjoy too

It’s a cheap place to live that’s good enough. Nothing special, nothing bad. Staff is nice and accommodating. Wish they had a gate or better security presence.

This place used to be wonderful when I moved in two years ago. Recently all of the new people have been getting away with whatever they want. A couple months ago, they were cracking down on everyone’s patios/balconies and how they made their appearance at their place. But now everyone is getting away with what they want and stuff is not being solved that should be

The overall experience at Hidden Lakes is a good one. Maintenance quality has improved but still needs work. Our main complaint revolves around quality of the countertops and flooring, and the way maintenance has cut corners throughout our rather lengthy stay. The office staff has always been kind and helpful to the best of their abilities. Courtney has done a fantastic job in her transition to property manager and I hope she’ll continue improvements and perhaps consider some training and setting expectations with her maintenance staff.

I love it here. This has definitely been my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and I plan on staying here as long as possible. Definitely recommend

Honestly it’s been really great and a smooth move in! The only reason why I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the deep cleaning that needed to happen in my apartment. There were a lot of surfaces and crevices that seemed like they had never been cleaned before and the patio took a lot of work.

The pros are the fact that the view of the lake is nice and that the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The first con is that they put annoying new colorful lights in the fountains and we've had to get new curtains because they're so glaringly bright at night. The other is simply that the rent continues to get higher.

Love the activities they throw u don’t have to leave to be entertained so much to do with the pool a park my children love our new home. I love it also!

We have had a lot of issues with our apartment since we moved in, but maintenance has been super helpful for the most part and all of the office staff has been absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood is wonderful and fairly quiet. Lots of dogs!

Overall, it’s a nice community. Th staff is super friendly and maintenance is amazing! The apartments are older and kind of cheaply maintained, but maintenance is super responsive. I have put in a service request through the portal and had someon out within 12h.

I moved in less then 2 weeks ago. The apartment wasn't cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned.. It wasn't. There is a hole in the wall because the microwave is too big, and you can't even open the microwave door the whole way. Then when you do dry wall falls on the stove. The solution is to make a BIGGER hole in the wall.. I am unimpressed at the moment. The area is nice and the lay out is nice.
