Olga is the very best community manager who is always willing to help and works so hard to keep hidden Hills the best in all of Laguna Niguel. We have lived at the residence for 7 yrs and we have been nothing but happy! The only thing missing is a small parking garage for residents so there wouldn’t be a need to park on the street. Shoutout to Michelle at the front office. She was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and super kind. Here’s to many more years!!!

I dropped in to Sequoia Laguna Niguel . When I net Michelle, she was so personable that I felt like I knew her a long time. She made me feel so welcome & comfortable. Michelle kept in touch with me every week. Although the prices went up & became out of my client's budget, I assured Michelle that I will keep her in mind for my other clients. She is the best! I highly recommend her.

We are so excited to be a part of the Hidden Hills Community! We had the pleasure of working with Ashely who guided us along every step of the way. She was incredibly professional while also being incredibly caring and flexible. She genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible and she gave us just that. She was open and honest about all property facts and helped us decide on our perfect place. An application process can sometimes be confusing but she was always there with quick responses and guidance. Do NOT move here. Cops here often, graffiti all over property, dog poop everywhere that no one picks up, constant barking dogs, dogs off-leash. Property management does nothing to address resident concerns. No sense of security for families living here.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and this community feels like family. Everyone is so helpful and everyone at the leasing office blows my mind with the creative ways they show they care! Always celebrating holidays and fun events with kids and pets in mind! They are a team of givers doing such a great job and are always so accessible to the tenants. Yvonne and Olga are rockstars and deserve a raise ;) The maintenance guys are awesome too! Immediate assistance when needed and very accommodating. Even with all the good times that happen, this community is still quiet and I think it comes from good vetting of tenants and as a single mom I feel safe here. No complaints :)

I’ve been living here for 8+years and I’ve seen this community get better every year! The property manager Mrs. Olga is very kind, attentive and caring. The maintenance team specially Mr. Luis is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The only thing that my family wishes that the leasing office allowed my guests be able to park there car in the community for few hours while they visit us. Overall I love my place.

I have lived here for almost three years, and it has definitely become home! The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent, and the property is safe and well maintained. The location is perfect as well: shopping center on the corner has everything you need and is the perfect distance to walk to grab a Starbucks or lunch.

We lived here for almost 6 years and loved it. Location is excellent, the units and the grounds are well maintained. We were right by the pool so it did het loud especially during the summer. Other than that, its a great place to live. We will definitely miss all our lovely neighbors, the staff who are very helpful and nice (Yvonne, Trinity)and the maintenance guys.

It’s difficult to find a condominium complex where you feel at home and want to stay. But since moving here four years ago. This was not the case. We quickly realized we were here to stay. The community is so amazing, all the staff in the office are personable and welcoming. Olga the community manger has really made a difference here. She takes charge and makes sure things are done the right way. The community has cute little holiday events that bring the community together ! They do a lot for the residents. I’m so grateful I found this community and our home. I believe in honest reviews or I don’t leave them. And this I felt needed to be done. They were so great about the carpet replacement after the 5 year mark. And making sure it’s done quickly and efficiently! My condo looks brand new again and it’s like I feel in love with it all over again !
The 2 bedroom is very spacious and modern. Super clean on move in. There are tons of amenities including a pool and gym. The staff are very nice and helpful. Trinity and Yvonne helped us during the move in process and we’re wonderful to work with. We couldn’t be more excited to move in here.

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the location. Other than that the list of negatives is never ending. The parking is absolutely horrendous and management does zero to fix it. Speaking of management,Darbie the assistant manager is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The rest of the staff is friendly though. Want noisy neighbors that have no regard for anyone else??? Then this is the place for you! During the summer the pool gets so crowded and filthy because some residents think it's ok to invite 30 people, which is against the rules, but once again no one does anything about it.
Good apartment, friendly staff, sometimes noisy neighbors, but the place is very pet friendly. This is a great location centered in Orange county. The pool is very clean and each apartment has a nice patio.
