The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heron Club
The heron club has been my home for over 5 years and I have zero complaints. The management and staff are so nice and welcoming. whenever I have needed something- they have always been prompt about it they won’t leaving you waiting for days. It’s usually white in 24hrs. I feel safe here and all the tenants in the complex are very friendly.
I have lived at Heron Club for the last several years and have enjoyed it and am very sad to be leaving! Management has always been friend and quick to respond. The maintenance guys fix any issues promptly as well which is a huge plus. Great location and value for your buck. I highly recommended this place to all my friends.
I have lived here at the Heron Club for over two years. My roommates and I couldn’t be happier! We have very rarely needed any kind of maintenance to our apartment however when we have, the Office Managers and Staff are very quick to resolve any issues. The property is kept very tidy, the Apartments are designed and built well and our Neighbors are like family!
I inquired to get general renting information. I mentioned I wasn't looking to move until next year and just wanted basic information. They don't keep up with emails and they take days, sometimes even a week to respond with one sentence attached. They don't even read the emails you sent. What is wrong with this place? It's a shame considering it's decently priced and they have good reviews, but I couldn't even get a decent reply. At least I learn early on.
This is one of the BEST complexes in the Eugene area!!! Spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, Amazing Management,Safe neighborhood and clean area!!! The prices are average yet the lowest for this area and quality of apartment is very good!! Has laminate wood floors and vinyl along with carpet in the bedrooms. Modern lighting in the dinning room and vaulted ceilings throughout!! If you want a safe, clean and friendly neighborhood I highly recommend the Heron Club!!!
We rented a furnished apartment here short-term while we were waiting to close on a home purchase. The apartment and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. The clubhouse is clean, with great laundry facilities, a lounge and workout facility. The pool is clean and nice. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The Heron Club is very conveniently located just off the Delta Highway, close to the Beltline and an easy 5 minute drive to downtown. Theresa and Don are incredible managers and are very responsive to needs and correcting any problem. They go above and beyond with customer service.
After being accepted to UO and deciding to move to Eugene, going through the housing search process was the most miserable aspect of moving. Luckily, I found Heron Club and struck gold. Theresa and staff was very communicative, always willing to answer questions I had regarding the move, and the application process was a breeze. As per the property itself, its stunningly clean, well kept, in an amazing location (easy to commute to any needs), easy access to the river path, and QUIET. Due to its location tenants avoid the chaos of the UO district and students...even though I am one. Moreover, Theresa and staff has super quick to remedy any issues you may have with the units or appliances...typically the next day if its not a weekend. Lastly, several of the units have been recently updated.
We have lived at Heron Club for about a year now. It's located in a wonderful neighborhood, very close to the river walk trail along the Willamette and the Delta Ponds. Managers Don and Theresa are both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is friendly and quick. Our apartment has everything we need and the rent is lower than most of the apartment complexes nearby. The swimming pool and fitness center are clean and well maintained.
I have lived here for about 5 years and really love it. The managers are kind, responsive, reasonable, and attentive. As homeowners all our lives, we had never lived in an apartment before, so we didn't know what to expect. This has been a really great place to live!
This is a great living experience if you enjoy the outdoors: mature tree cover, well-kept grounds and easy access to the River Path. And the management is friendly and available, willing to assist and help you make it the best community experience possible! I can't imagine a more pleasant area than the Delta Ponds/Goodpasture Loop in all of Eugene. Everything is well maintained and clean. A terrific choice!
My family moved in to the Heron Club a few months ago and could not be any happier with this place! We had our name on a waiting list for a little over a week before Theresa called with the good news... an apartment was available and ours if we wanted it! Out of all the apartments we looked at (which were a ton), this was the only one I felt comfortable bringing my two small children to live. The staff has been nothing but accommodating and pleasant. The grounds are maintained daily and so far every person I have met has been friendly! I am beyond happy that we found this place and can call it home. On top of the friendly staff and neighbors, the location is wonderful. The river walk is right behind us and we are located a mile or two away from the mall. You are literally 10 minutes from anyplace you would need to go. Beautiful apartment complex and affordable prices for the size of apartments.
