We recently moved from NYC, a very noisy, fast-paced, overwhelming city, and arriving to this city and especially to Heritage is comforting. It really was the best choice. Their apartments are very clean, comfortable, pest-free, and with external amenities (pool, gym) for reasonable prices that are almost impossible to have in big cities. Thanks ????

Heritage District is a quiet complex on a quiet street. The location is great, next to downtown Gilbert, and has a walking path behind it. The apartments are cute with great kitchens and large patios. The management does a great job with pest control and landscaping. They also host events throughout the year. I’m a new resident, but so far am very happy to be living here.

I've never lived anywhere that has as many WATER leaks and shutdowns. You think it would be fixed right the first time. Very inconvenient.
Apartment homes rental rates are extremely high for outdated the property is. There’s always trash in the parking lots and around the community grounds. Management is rude and maintenance is careless.
I'm very pleased to call heritage district my home. It is in close proximity to almost everything! Management and maintenance both very active in the community! Monthly breakfast provided by property! And probably the first complex I've ever lived in where they have proactively checked to make sure I am enjoying my stay.

Heritage is great, apartments are small but set up in a way to maximize the space. Amy in the front office is awesome! Maintenance is speedy. Only thing that sucks is Cortland. They took over and raised the prices and make it difficult for tenets to transfer properties.

Pretty nice apartment but very strict about late fees, even ones that were charged due to their payment system messing up when adding your bank account, but not letting you know until it's too late.

I highly recommend the Heritage District apartment complex in Gilbert. This place has everything you need for a comfortable living experience. The service is friendly, the location is great, and the amenities are top-notch. I especially love the two pools and the playground, which are perfect for families. I’ve had a great six months so far. Monthly food trucks, free breakfasts, occasional neighborhood activities. Pools are clean, neighbors often decorate their balconies cute, and the kids around the neighborhood are polite and inclusive. Happy to be here!

Heritage District has been nothing but friendly and helpful towards my wife and. We recently moved in April 2023, and it’s been amazing these past couple of months. The front office are easy to talk to and they talk back respectfully, pridefully, and with passion in helping future tenants and tenants who already have been there for quite some time. We love how nice and friendly the front office has been and even maintenance. Our neighbors have been nice and friendly. It’s also nice and quiet and my wife and I LOVE that because it makes it easier at night to put our daughter to sleep. Heritage District takes care of their tenants by throwing special events on holidays or near the holidays for everyone to come and get together and have an amazing time. Every other Thursday they bring in a food truck for the tenants to enjoy getting out of the house and enjoying some food so we don’t have to cook! It’s amazing!! I would recommend Heritage District to my friends and family!!

It’s one of the cheaper options for the Downtown Gilbert area. The apartments are small, but cozy. The location is very convenient and vibrant.

Moved here 2 years ago and I am so glad I did. This apartment complex is clean and quiet. The front office staff is so easy to work with and friendly.

We stayed here 2 years and have been nothing but happy with everything. The staff is awesome and the amenities can't be beat. The occasional salty neighbor is to be expected but overall we're very pleased we chose here to call home for a while :)

I have lived here for close to 5 years and am never moving! Quiet and comfortable apartments and really friendly staff, not the fake friendly. Quick to get repairs done and always with a smile and a wave. When I was searching for an apartment this was my last stop. It should have been my first! Don't settle for what is ok, get what you deserve!

My wife, dog, and I have been living here for almost a year and we have enjoyed every second of it. First off they are a very dog friendly complex. There is the dog wash station and parks for our fluffy child that have been very convenient. The Staff is so kind and will make you feel right at home. They are very helpful when issues arise, and are very communicative and supportive. There are a lot of benefits to living here at the Cortland Heritage Apartments.

I love how Heritage Pointe Apartments is close to Downtown Gilbert so I can just get to it on foot but not so close that it's super noisy. It's tucked away nicely on Juniper Ave so it makes a difference!
