Everything about the move in experience has been great. The apartment really made me feel like it was a home. I knew when I went to go visit this is where I wanted to live.

Smooth and welcoming move-in. The apartment is super nice, and I haven’t had any issues. Maintenance was very quick to help with the thermostat that just needed to be reset.

Living here has been nothing short of frustrating. We’ve dealt with mold, cockroaches, ants, and even fire alarms going off at 2am. On top of that, the appliances and fixtures are extremely cheap—door handles fall off constantly, and our kitchen faucet is already rusting. For the price we’re paying, it’s absolutely not worth it.

I just moved in last week and so far everything has been great. Smooth move in. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is great, being across from Historic downtown McKinney shops and Restaurants is convenient. I think I will definitely enjoy it here.

Just moved into my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier! The space is great I love the floor plan —very spacious all new. Everyone in the leasing office was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, especially Wendell. He was amazing—we toured several apartments until I found the perfect one, and he really went above and beyond to make everything happen smoothly. The amenities are also a big plus: the pool is beautiful and the garage area is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The amenities are awesome, the staff is super friendly. Property is super safe. I have enjoyed meeting my new neighbors. I also enjoy opening my patio door and listen to the live music at Tupps every weekend. Also super convienant to walk to the shops

Everyone is so friendly. Many neighbors have already introduced themselves. A few problems with AC and electric outlets, but maintenance is working on it.
The people working here are very nice and responsive. Nice community and can’t beat the location. The townhomes are brand new but the appliances are a little on the lower quality scale. Overall a great place to live.
Everyone has been very helpful and eager to help with little needs. I’ve enjoyed meeting my new neighbors as well. I’m still getting familiar with the area but really enjoying it so far.
My complete honest experience..So far it was great and now Ive come to realize everyone is always looking for things to complain about to the office.They have an off duty marshall “patrolling” our hallways like we are kids. I understand they want to keep the apartment community on its toes but honestly nobody wants to be watched 24/7. I think they should worry more about patrolling the homeless that are constantly getting through our gated garage or that fall asleep by the leasing office front door/sidewalk. The guest parking is horrible. Theres never parking and it’s so small.
I just moved in so I haven't experienced the community. I know the parking location doesn't make sense and is extremely inconvenient. The $25.00/monthly trash service is exorbitant. I regret moving here.
It’s been great! The staff has been amazing. It’s always kept clean. Love the ease of the Heritage app. Ready to use the pool and to meet all my neighbors!
Great home right at the heart of downtown Mckinney. So many places within walking distance, and an arcade AND comedy arena across the street? There's so much to explore around here!
Love this place and everything is walking distance. The staff are excellent people from management to maintenance. Highly recommend Heritage apartment, very positive environment and you feel like this is home. The Gym always clean and the equipment are brand new. If I have to rate this place, I will say a 10 plus stars.
I love how dog friendly and well kept this apartment is. We’ve been here a few months and just love walking to the square.

Despite a fluctuating move-in schedule on my part, AJ made it so easy and made me feel so welcome as I finally moved in to my apartment. This place feels like home already, and the community, though small at the moment (no complaints here!) is very friendly and happy to say hi when you pass in the hallways.

The office staff are friendly, attentive and professional. When I had a small inconvenience when moving in AJ and Pearl were accommodating and work quickly to resolve my issue.
