RENTERS BEWARE!!! Landlord refuses to let tenants sign lease so that the rent can be raised astronomical amounts each month. Old building and outdated. Do yourself a favor and run away from this ridiculous building.
It was built in the early 1900's. Many people live there and the owner is very kind.
