The neighborhood is home to the Hampton History Museum and the Virginia Air and Space Center, which attracts tourists every year. Prepare for an active lifestyle in Downtown Hampton. Of course, locals spend their free time out on the water, but you’ll also find families riding the Hampton Carousel or strolling at Mill Point Park, which offers amazing views of the ocean and hosts several events throughout the year.

The paved walking trail gives you to some of the best spots next to the river to watch boats floating past you as well. A huge thank you to the new amazing maintenance team Marvin and Rebecca!!! Since the transition to the new management, we’ve noticed a remarkable difference in the overall quality of life here at our apartment complex – and a huge part of that is due to the exceptional work of the new maintenance team! Property manager

The current property manger is a positive presence on the property. Always visible, upbeat, and courteous. Very knowledgeable about his job and the day to day things that happen on the property. Since being here, the property has been in a very high state of order. Work orders are completed with in 24 hours. Actually is present during working hours. The property manager is a veteran of the Navy and you can tell because he runs a very tight ship.

Rude and Unorganized

I made the 4-hour trek to the Hampton Roads area for apartment touring preparing to relocate to the area. I had set an apartment at Heritage at Settler's Landing to tour one of their units. On the day of the tour, they called me and cancelled my appointment stating they were closing the office early that day and did not provide an accommodation for an earlier appointment. That was the least of the issues. The bigger issue was the rudeness and lack of professionalism by the person that called me.
