My experience here has been great! Hardly any issues in regards to maintenance but if so, they are here in a timely manner to repair. The neighborhood is quiet and not too far from grocery stores.

The maintenance team needs improving. It would be nice to at least have better communication. They just leave you in suspense and take a long time. The paint on the turns they do is horrendous. Makes me wonder if the office even walks to make ready before turning them to the residence.

Lived here a while. It was much better once new management came in! Maintenance has also improved and actually is able to fix all the problems.

If I have an issue I contact the office and they take care of it. If I need something fixed, it gets handle in a timely manner. The office personal are respectful, the maintenance personnel are awesome as well. I told them I can do a lot of the repairs, if need be and they allow me they bring me what I need and let me do it.

I love the heritage at hidden creek, my kids are in greag schools, and in walking distance, its a very quiet community, and also the property managers are amazing, peggy and tori are always there to help, they dont make me feel bad or offended when I had a late payment, especially peggy she does whatever she can to figure out a solution, she also is very fair, im on the third floor with quite a few kiddos, and the neighbors were complaining but she still found a compromise, to where we both feel comfortable and my kids can still play and be kids, without me having to speak to them all the time about running, and playing, I love it here, maintenance is on their job, nothing but good things to say

It’s all very nice. Community isn’t terrible. I say four stars because the pool needs to be maintained better and the gym is too small for the equipment hard to use. Place is livable first floor has too many spiders needs to have pest control come spray seasonally.

Apartments are okay looking. You have the open space in walking distance which is great just watch out for the critters. Work orders gets done in a some what timely manner.

We have lived here for a little over 2 years and have enjoyed our time here. Management is attentive. I have not had an issue working with them. The maintenance crew is also attentive and they answer all of my questions. We enjoy the pool and hot tub in the Summer and we are fortunate to have great neighbors. I gave you five stars because this year my experience has been better than last year. They have been doing a lot of different things to make the property a little bit better. The only thing I do feel like they should invest in a surveillance cameras and when it’s snowing outside, it should be better upkeep far as residence being able to get up and down the hill when it’s snowing, I think that they could be a little bit better and I do think that they should invest in surveillance cameras for the property

It hasn’t been too bad. Just wish whoever came in and painted did a better job about not getting paint drops all over the hardwood floor and dishwasher. Also wish they would have came in and mopped or something before I moved in. Our feet were black after 20 minutes of walking around.

I appreciate everyone in the leasing office, they are super helpful & patient. Made moving really easy, few hiccups but to be expected. Although the apartment was not cleaned before move in, things left from previous tenant, cigarette ash everywhere. It is a nice neighborhood, & 7 minutes from my work. Could be worse, could be better, just thankful for the nice leasing office.

I am really enjoying my new apartment. It’s so cute and perfect for my little family. The location is probably my favorite part. I love that it’s out the way another thing that I really love is the fireplace, especially for the season.

Everything has been great so far. The apartment is cute. We have not had a bad experience yet. Love the fireplace in the apartment. We haven't met any neighbors yet. The views are great.

I’ve only been here a short time, but so far it’s clean and peaceful, and I love the views from my apartment. The staff have been friendly and helpful the few times I’ve interacted with them, and overall I’m happy to be here.

Lovey place nice and quite cute little trail out back i can see pikes peak from my balcony. Never had any issues here with neighbors. Lots of events to attend during the summer.

We like living here! Neighborhood is quiet, maintenance crew is on top of things, and the pool is nice to have. Compared to other complexes in the neighborhood; the rent to space ratio is a way better deal than you will find anywhere else.

Great community to live in. It was amazing living for 3 years in this community and enjoying the views of my apartment. Loved the trail and the pool. Would recommend in the future.

Things are slowly getting better parking is a hassle and neighbors dogs bark excessively Maintenance is nice but low staffed so things do get fixed when submit request and have gone through 3 office managers in the 4 yrs we been here which does cause communication issues and errors The apartment size is good and added dog park is nice

This is going to be a long one so buckle up. Initially this complex was great. We loved our apartment, it was quiet and didn’t have any problems. Till they wouldn’t renew our lease due to “renovations” and told us we had to either move out for a week or move units. We decided to move units. Even though we were ready to move in when the office opened, the crew was still working on painting and repairing. Which in the end left us moving into a dirty apartment .We had to wait 5 hours to get started and the renovations weren’t done, there is a patch in the wall that never got completed and a light fixture and sink in the second bathroom was never replaced. Even though this building is supposed to be smoke free, as stated in the lease, and reenforced by a doctors note saying I have a smoke allergy, the neighbors constantly smoked pot in the building that flooded our apartment almost daily. I sent and spoke with management 15 times about this issue. The issue never stopped, we just stopped telling management since it was never fully dealt with. In the master bedroom, right above the bed was a loud creak. Not only did it prevent us from sleeping when ever the neighbors were awake, the Sheetrock of the roof moved when the neighbors stepped on it. When we showed it to maintenance personnel, they were concerned. Management disagreed that this was an issue and it was never fixed even when the floors were replaced upstairs when they were renovating it. Which leads to the final straw of us paying $2,400 to break the lease (that I felt we shouldn’t have had to pay as our many complains and their lack of enforcing rules felt like they broke their end of our lease many times over). They renovated the upstairs, meaning the carpet was gone and the thin floors became even thinner. the new neighbors have toddlers. Toddlers and parents run and stomp up and down the hall all day long. The floors are so thin we can track their every step, we can hear the kids cry and scream, we can hear when their cellphone buzzes And this noise happens all day and well past quiet hours. But of course the “quiet hours” aren’t really enforced here. The icing on the cake is now after we moved out we are being told that we owe $300 extra (after they used the $250 deposit). Including $85 for damages that were the previous tenant fault like the resurfacing of the sink and tub. But don’t worry management won’t care and will not help you with anything you believe is unfair

I have had several issues in the last year of me living here. I renewed my lease and wish I hadn’t. The management in the office is extremely rude if you confront them about issues you’ve had. They try to fine members for dog poop but have no evidence and can’t provide details of the incident poop was left. Also no snow/ice removal is ever done. I’ve slipped over 5 times in the last month and have call and asked about the removal or went into the office to ask for it to be done. I was told that they would put some down right away but did not. If you have any issues with hardware in the apartment good luck. The maintenance staff will tell you that it has to be completely out to get a working freezer for example and the same thing with the door handles. I really don’t recommend living here. It is a nice area but not worth it.
