The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Apartments
The staff here is great - responsive and helpful and available. They are making much needed repairs and the appearance here is much improved. I really enjoy my 2/bed -2bath floorpan, well-designed, light and airy. This location is very good and rent is in line with comparable communities. I find renting a garage convenient for me, and the garbage pickup service provides a very good, very reliable service. I believe that my best recommendation for this community is that I have chosen to live here for nine years. There are several children living here of different ages and a local school bus drives into the community to pick up the younger kids. There is a town park close by. I have been fortunate, for the most part, to have friendly, quiet and thoughtful neighbors.
Once Greystar took over Elizabeth and her team has just been nothing but the best thank you all for what you do for not just me but the entire community.
My girlfriend and I just moved from Buffalo, New York into these apartments. The apartments are very nice, clean, with open layouts. We currently are in a one bedroom and the floor plan goes in a circle. We have a very big bathroom and a nice big walk in closet. The entire appartment is carpeted besides the kitchen and bathroom of course. The kitchen is a little small but nice for just the two of us. Newer appliances and cable is included. It comes with washer/drier hook-ups and the company they go through charges about 30-40 dollars for each appliance a month. We are on the third floor, which was not fun for moving, since it was just the two of us moving everything. We also got a garage which is 100 dollars a month for basically all our things because we couldn't carry all of it up the stairs haha. All in all it is a very nice place. Nice community, close to amenities, 24 hour gym, pool, and garbage pick up 5 days a week from your very own front door. Pretty quiet, and pet friendly which was a must for us and our cat Chester. The staff is extremely polite and for what you pay it's definitely nice. A little pricey but if you want to live somewhere with a nice family feel and with very low maintenance this is the apartments for you.
Great roominess, large windows, and lots of storage in the three bedroom I currently occupy. There are no apartment balconies, and the grounds and pool are kept clean and tidy. There is lots of room for parking, and outside noise has been minimal, except for the one dude who doesn't believe in auto mufflers. There is quite a bit of ceiling and floor noise transferred, but adjacent apartment walls seem quieter. Some things are definitely showing age, such as the carpeting, a dishwasher that works very loudly and minimally, and the stove burners on which a pan doesn't sit flat. So far, the air conditioning has major issues with freezing up, running constantly, and lack of cooling ability. Bedrooms have nice ceiling fans, and showers and sinks have good water pressure. The people here are pleasant, and the location in Hillsborough offers access to Durham, Chapel Hill and other areas while still maintaining a small town atmosphere. There are many excellent restaurants and shops, as well as a natural foods grocery. The rental prices are fairly good, but expect to pay Orange County prices for water and utilities.
