Great location, maintenance team is reliable. However, the interior & exterior smells like poop on a daily basis because tenants rarely ever clean up after their pets, also the amenities are modern and not so appealing. Overall, this property can use some minor upgrade.

I would not recommend others to move here based on my horrible experiences. I do not feel safe in this apartment due to less than a year after moving here my car as well as other peoples cars have been broken into while parked inside the parking garage. The parking garage gate has not been operating for months. This allows for criminal activity to take place inside the apartment garage. Secondly, my car got towed last night due to "double parking". The white lines on most of the parking spots are hardly white now, they are barely visible. It is hard for myself and others to be able to park properly due to these lines not being visible. I am a resident of this apartment and pay for a parking pass, I should never have to worry about my car getting towed.
I would recommend because the office staff has always been friendly and respectful.
Rent in comparison to other areas nearby is better

The office needs to get better on returning a phone call. If i walk into that office or call its because I need to speak to someone about an important matter/issue.
The Maintenance crew is always nice polite and easy to work with.
The location is great and the price-value you get is reasonable for the area. The overall cleanliness of the common areas has to be improved. Quite often I found garbage in the elevators and hallways. Several times the security devices on many access gates remained broken and unrepaired for several months. One of the treadmills in the workout room was almost always out of work. Regarding the pool area, many times the rules are not enforced. E.g.: Non-residents using the pool; loud music; people swimming in the pool with cloths that weren't bathing suits.
I'd probably recommend it, but rent is a little high compared to other areas of town and there are some condition issues with the access doors and gates that don't work properly and can present security risk.
I hesitate to recommend the property based on security concerns.
It is nice and the apartments are spacious. It is nice to be in the heart of downtown.

There have been many break in and robberies. I had two bikes stolen and my car was broken in. There has also been a lot of damage done to the apartments by other tenants. For example, one of the exit doors to the stairs was broken several times. And lastly, the workout equipment is very outdated. It's been here for over ten years. Pretty old stuff. It really needs a face lift.

The carpet is not flat over the floor. The facing on the cabinet are coming off. Neither are attractive. This was reported when I moved into this apartment, but nothing was done.

It is convenient to shopping and downtown living which is really nice.
I would recommend this apartment community because of location and reasonable rent.
I lived here for two years, and the first half of my time here was okay but soon after I re-signed my lease, I couldn't wait to get out of there. During the first year, my fridge broke several times. I'd leave for work and come home to a warm fridge. I lost tons of groceries and every time it was "fixed" it would break again two or three months later. It took an angry email to the management office for them to buy me a whole new fridge. I will say though, that the maintenance staff was very responsive and nice any time they were in my apartment for something. Shortly after I re-signed my lease, I started happening a horrible cockroach problem. I didn't see a single cockroach until then and then it's like someone flipped a switch. I had pest control in the unit three or four times in the span of about six months but it never made a difference. I kept my unit fairly clean. Hardly left dishes in the sink, kept the counters clean, etc. I don't know where they came from. There was also A LOT of miscommunication when I went to finally move out. I blame myself for part of it as I never got a copy of the second lease but there was also miscommunication between the office staff about when I could move out, when I left my keys, etc. Also, it seems no one in the complex follows the pet policy. Residents have dogs larger then the weight limit and/or have multiple pets. I'm happy to be out of there. The price is good for downtown and the location is nice but everything else was mediocre. If you can afford it, go elsewhere.
I would recommend this apartment to others because of its location and accessibility to freeways and highways. Walking distance to downtown and surrounding entertainment; and restaurants. The apartment is secure and safe with personal key and fab to enter grounds. Extra amenities such as a pool and work out gym.

Maintenance is great, great attention & great workers! I wouldn't recommend only because of the housing, it brings the whole place down as a whole, the elevator is dirty, people are always smoking in the elevator. Our secure gates are half the time not secure. Our secure parking is a joke, people wait for you to come in and follow you in even though they aren't residents, etc. I know it's not preventable thru mgt but it makes the place less desirable.

It is a good value for the money and overall a good complex to live in. I just wish that residents were cleaner and more respectful of the building. There is always trash in the hallways and parking garage and people let their dogs urinate in the hallways and elevators as well. The birds are also a major problem. It?s not always a place I?m excited to walk my friends and family through.
The maintenance guys are absolutely awesome! Very quick to respond and easy to talk to.
The maintenance workers are always attentive and pleasant. They always do a good job quickly.
There was quite a bit of damage in the apartment from the previous tenant that had not been repaired but when it was addressed with the office manager everything was fixed in a timely manner.
The staff is very nice and almost always fun to deal with. The only negative is the new night light on the pool it is to bright and destroys the pretty views of the pool and the plants at night.

Trash area & bugs are often a problem. Quick to spray however which is helpful. Lots of dead roaches around the apartment
I would recommend based on location but would argue that the pet policy and lack of upgraded apartments would deter people from renting here.
The fab on building six is always broken or not working. My sisters car was hit in the garage and nothing was done to investigate who caused it. The floors are not clean and it has taken months for us even receive a carpet cleaning despite the fact we have lived in our apartment 4 years. In 4 years we have had one carpet cleaning.

Set aside the fact that this an apartment in which you can have the government assist you in renting/leasing an apartment here, the location is great, the apartments floorplan and design are enjoyable for all types of single people or families. The only way I wish I could improve the residence , would be to help them logistically in reference to handling other people's good that are delivered by logistic companies like USPS, UPS, DHL,and FEDEX. There should be proper handling and custodial procedures for receiving, and issuing purchased items. Also, a recommendation of a mechanism in which places like families in same areas or people with similar preferences would be desired. A single student or married couple without children would probably jot prefer to hear college adolescents party or a families children running rampant throughout the night.
I already referred a friend of mine to live here. He signed his lease in December. He lives 3 doors down from me! My wife and I spent New Years Eve at his place with his wife and family. It was great.
So far i love it here. Everyone is very nice and i like the people and everyone that i have met here.
I have not been happy with the level of cleanliness lately. The trash areas and garage area (specifically leading to building 2) have not been clean.
Everything at this community has been/is handled extremely well. The only downfall is when third party services offered are not repaired as timely as the in-house staff/maintenance.
