San Antonio blends a rich heritage with modern innovation, resulting in a metropolis teeming with true Texan heart. San Antonio’s distinctive environment reflects centuries of style and a diverse array of culture, which is best exemplified in the La Villita Historic Arts Village. The Alamo may be the most renowned structure in the city, but there are plenty of magnificent historical buildings to see—from the Emily Morgan Hotel to the Meyer Halff House.
Stretched along the San Antonio River is the famous River Walk, where residents and visitors alike can walk or bike from the San Antonio Zoo to the Witte Museum, the historic Majestic Theatre, the Shops at Rivercenter, the Missions of San Antonio and back again.
The city and the surrounding region offer endless opportunities for exploration.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brixton
Your Review I've been living at these apartments for about a year and I can't say I have any complaints! I had to have a few repairs done and they were completed within the week, and any time I've needed anything the office staff were very willing to help!|
I was a little concerned moving in after I ad read a couple reviews. Luckily I have had a great move in experience. My unit was in good shape and cleaner than anything else I have moved into. I like the pool and will look forward to using it when things warm up. I would give Brixton’s a 9 out of 10. The 9 being because of the construction and traffic in front of the place
Don't move into this place. It's infested with roaches and more. You put in work orders and the manager closes them and says that they will get done

I moved into this apartment on February 14, 2025, and unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. When I first moved in, I gave them a good review, believing they would keep their word regarding maintenance and repairs—but that hasn’t been the case. From day one, several things in my unit were unfinished or broken, including the sink, the area under the sink, the toilet, the door, the window shields, and the drawer. I have been going to the office every day to request repairs, and each time, they tell me to go back to my unit because maintenance will be right there. It has now been over a month, and nothing has been fixed. This is totally a joke! A human being deserves to be treated with respect. Going to the office every day, being told that maintenance will come, and then nothing happens is beyond frustrating. I recently moved to San Antonio in February, and I don’t want to judge the city based on this bad experience. However, the way this apartment complex has handled things is completely unacceptable. I’m not someone who tries to ruin a business, but at this point, this situation is out of control. I’m writing this review in the hope that management finally takes action and that new renters check their unit thoroughly before moving in. I will also attach pictures to show the condition of my unit. I hope they fix these issues soon because no one should have to go through this after moving into a new home.
I have lived here for 3 years. Management sucks. Always has water shut offs. One day they "accidentally" left it off for a full 24hr. Apparently ehy don't have an emergency line to call this in for it to be fixed immediately.., so they claim they didn't know about the situation until they came in the next day. Only a short email apology was done, no other compensation or anything, despite the huge issue. 1st of all, what kind of apt doesn't have an emergency line?? Also, my apartment particularly has a leak near the shower wall. It's not a leak I can really notice, since the toilet blocks it, but the only reason I notice it after all this time is because it is all black down there, like black mold or something. I also have a leak in the ceiling near the AC (3 different drip spots), but that was fixed already, but still left an ugly ceiling. Trash is always a huge mess cause it's always overfill and left near the compactor. Cops over on a daily with gunshots/helicoptors heard many sometimes. Office doesn't always answer calls during hours they should be open. Another thing is that they force you to buy their internet/cable package, which is not something I want, and it's an extra like ~$80. Needless to say, I have already put in my notice and will not look back.
I will not be renewing my lease here . When I moved in whoever they hire to clean didn’t do their job there were acrylic nails in the carpet a long with small pieces of trash as well as in the closet. The woman working in the office at the time say oh let me go get the trash. Shouldn’t that be fine prior to leasing out the unit . Between the water always being turned off work orders being closed when work wasn’t done and having to pull teeth to get stuff fixed the lack of empathy or any sort of customer service I don’t care if there’s new people now I’m the office the damage is done to top that off it’s 7:31 and the water is still off the ail said 5 pm and here I am still waiting on my water to come on. Painting and remodeling won’t make this a great place to live just makes it more appeasing to the eye I do not recommend moving here even if it is your last resort I had to report them to the BBB it should never get to that point. Ps the pool will be green for most of the summer. I can not wait to move out
