My gas and and I toured this property and the staff is super nice and helpful! Jordan N. Was are particular agent that toured us and she was super knowledgeable about the property and really sweet! She listened to what we were wanting and found some options based on that information. I highly recommend this property and Jordan N.

Zero stars!! Since day one, in December, there has been nothing but continuous issues here! I’ve never lived at a complex that just does not care like them. I’d like to blame old management but this new management is a joke as well. I ordered new furniture for my apartment & as I was moving things around in my bedroom closet.. BLACK MOLD. Everywhere. Found on a Saturday around lunch & immediately brought it to their attention. Basically was told that nothing would be done until MAYBE Monday. As I know this is a health hazard & have dealt with this at a previous apartment, who handled it appropriately, I asked if they would put me and my dog in a hotel or reimburse me.. they stated nope. This place is a joke. I’ve had work orders in to repair my pantry door that has not been on since December multiple times.. my catalytic converter was stolen off my car the first night here. A WHOLE mess!! I can only hope the least they’ll do is let me out of my lease & receive my deposit back at this point. I cannot believe a management company is SO beyond neglectful over something that’s a major health concern. Do. Not. Live. Here.

The pics are the townhouse model. Leasing agents were pleasant. They called me the day before move in asking if I could move in 2 days after my initial move in date because the apt wasn't ready (they had inclement weather). I'm coming from out of state so it wasn't possible so they offered for us to stay in the model townhouse and gave me a concession. We moved into my apt during the day; its was nice spacious. However, that night we noticed the ROACH INFESTATION!!! Dead ROACHES above the cabinets, behind the fridge along with a family of ROACHES running away, and a few ROACHES in the door frame in kitchen and bathroom. Stayed in hotel and moved out next afternoon. Baby roaches were found in some of my things. They offered an apt in a different building. Nope! They gave me my money back along with paying for the inconvenience. By the way, there are no true sideways; you have to walk in the street.

Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Tiffany was great and helped me make my decision to move here. Beautiful community!

I wanted to wait a month prior to leaving a review, in order to give my full experience. Unfortunately I had to make a last minute moving decision during this Covid-19 epidemic. I was unable to view my unit in person, but my leasing agent Ashley was more than accommodating! She gave me a video tour of multiple units and showed an immense amount of patient through my indecisiveness. Ashley excels in communication and hospitality, I was happy to have her as my leasing agent! Everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly and considerate. I’m happy to be a part of this community and I would highly recommend The Heights of Cityview to anyone looking for an apartment!

The new management is keeping common areas (outside of the lobby) dirty with a lack of regard to the tenants who pay for services. Our trash is now mandated at certain times and not always picked up until midnight leaving a stench in the neighborhood - nasty letters from unorganized management with threats - and I never even received a bill for my water or allocation of any usage? It seems to be underhanded and is making an uncomfortable dwelling. I will NOT be re-renting with Merry or Nicole with the new CAF management and would highly recommend any of Lincoln properites - who formerly managed and they were PERFECT!

We have been here through three different management companies now. The first was wholly incompetent, and at every level. The second management company, were the complete opposite and managed the property effectively and with excellent customer service. For whatever reason the owners have changed management companies again. The current management company is CAF took over August 5th. The new manager, Merry, lacks the ability to think critically, problem solve, and has no customer service skills particularly when presented with a challenge. Merry presents an attitude that residents are not in fact her customers, and she is not interested in working with residents or even explaining the decisions that are being made by her and her management company. Services that are tacked onto our rent (trash pickup) are no longer being fulfilled or the rules have changed to make the service unusable. For example, we all now have trash cans sitting outside of our front doors which we are allowed to place only one bag of trash. Additionally, the bag size is also restricted. If we place additional bags (or the wrong size) of trash in this bin, then we were told by email that our trash and our pictures will be taken. What happens to, or where these photographed will be posted was not made clear by Merry. Parking spaces are coned off without explanation, threatening emails are now a weekly occurrence, there is no longer a courtesy office or they are no longer responding to calls of drunken people fighting in the parking lot, and we have rancid trash outside our front doors all weekend. They do give bottles of wine to new tenants...I guess that's where our trash pickup fees are going now. The first management change that occurred was necessary. However, there was not an apparent necessity for another management change...particularly only to go backwards.

Everything on the property is in order such as keeping grounds clean and in an orderly fashion. Quiet,peaceful living..??????

I think there is more to a recommendation than just good apartment maintenance.

I would recommend this apartment complex because they value their residents by quickly responding to and resolving problems called to their attention.

It's a quiet place that has resident activities which I enjoy

Mr. LaDarius, the maintenance man, was very polite and courteous. Very nice young man.

It is a very nice complex, and it is not a huge complex.

I would tell my friends so that I would have someone friendly nearby. People that live here do not have any respect for the people that live around them. Honking horns outside of my apartment at all hours. My neighbor has dogs that bark every time they are going outside and the same neighbor slams the door every time the leave.

My wife Amy and I love living at the Heights of Cityview! We have been here for three months and can say that The Heights delivers a wonderful living experience! We were immediately impressed with how easy Nicole made the leasing and move in process for us to get through. She was there to answer all our questions and get us in on a very short timeline. Our apartment is a spacious, two bed/two bath with an attached garage with two large closets and plenty of storage. As I write this I am sitting in front of a nice fire in our wood-burning fireplace. Other nice features include crown molding, kitchen tile backsplash, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This apartment also has a full-size washer and dryer which we appreciate having. While we haven’t been able to get in the pool because we moved here in the fall, we are looking forward to warmer weather as The Heights has two pools! Weekly visits by the landscapers keep the property looking sharp on the outside. Any maintenance requests we have had have been answered promptly by The Heights’ maintenance team. Josh, Ladarius, Edgar take pride in their work and it shows. One of the other perks of living here is having a front office that treats you like a person and not a number. The ladies at the front office –Elondra, Mary Robin, Nicole and Ursula are all very warm and treat you like family. Additionally, there are 3-4 events per month in the clubhouse that Stella puts together that are fun and appreciated. We look forward to renewing our lease at The Heights and staying for a long time.

Mantainence personnel stayed late to walk me through things that were fixed, which was above and beyond what was expected.

I dealt with Nicole and she was great. She answered every question I had before I had a chance to ask them - she just knew the right information to provide. The complex looked great, and the staff was very friendly. I viewed 14 complexes while looking for a place to live, and this was the best experience all around.

The professionalism of the maintenance staff, as well as the quality of their work is exponentially better under the new property management team. Thank you!

Everything seems to be delayed. I understand that everything isn?t an emergency but some urgency to get things would be appreciated.

I love my apartment and my immediate neighbors are great but there are quite a few people living here that make the community feel less than middle class.

My section is reasonably quiet and private. I feel very safe.

One reason I would not recommend is the price. It is very expensive for the quality. Don?t get me wrong, it is a nice place to live, but there are nicer places for roughly the same price.

The service requests are done quickly, but the building breezeways are still messy and full of cigarette butts and oil/trash stained concrete. PLEASE POWER WASH THE BREEZEWAYS!!! So gross.

I would recommend this community because before i moved i believe there was new staff from when i first moved in. I could see the progress they were making.

The property is no longer being kept up like it was previously. The breezeways are dirty, the concrete stained from cigarettes and trash bags being left overnight.

I would recommend this apartment. However, they do require a 60 day notice on a one year lease. Which I didn't feel made any sense. Because of some unfortunate circumstances, I was hoping that they would be a little more understanding. So...I was penalized $440.00 that is somewhat a disappointment.

Incompetent staff. Constant out of order amenities. Constant raised rent with out upgrades. No maintenance.

People would need to be able to actually see where they are to live and decide on things to be done before signing the lease.

This apartment community is very friendly. The workers and neighbors are very polite. The apartment building and community is clean and well maintained .

The system in place does not require them to speak with residence if they choose. If you put in a work order they record a message & use auto-dial to return your call w/ the message. The office rarely answer the phone. If you attempt to communicate in person, they have often left before closing time & arrive late in the morning. This system is frustrating for the resident, so you can imagine the conversation when you finally speak w/ someone. The staff are flippant toward the residents and the situation. There are times when the office has offered customer service that is spot on; unfortunately those times are not when residence have urgent issues such as an AC or refrigerator that are not working. The maintenance crew are professional w/ excellent customer service. However they have little leeway to do their jobs. The only work order that have been completed for us are the ones they are required by law to fix, and to get these completed required us to follow up w/ the office multiple times. They do not employ a maintenance crew on the weekends. We have never lived in an apartment that does not have a rotating maintenance crew at least on Saturdays. The buildings are poorly constructed & insulated so your electric bills are high…be sure to factor that into your overall rent. Due to thin walls and windows we hear conversations being had outside & in normal voices from inside our apt. The appliances are bottom of the line and work accordingly. Our oven is off by 25 degrees and dishes have to be washed prior to using the dishwasher. Added to rent are fees for grounds maintenance pest control & community activities. We have never experienced insect problems like here. In addition to the monthly fee we pay we also purchase our own pest control products and spray weekly to attempt some control over the bug situation. Grounds maintenance is adequate. There are no community activities. I can only assume we are paying for the cookies and coffee that are kept in the office. The pool is well maintained and available to residence during the morning and early afternoon hours. In the evenings and on weekends the pool is taken over by individuals who are so brazen and use to not being told to leave that they bring their own DJ equipment grocery bags of food and plenty of alcohol. Parking becomes on issue during these times since most of them do not live here. Police vehicles come in and out of the property regularly. We have never heard any gunshots so that's a positive.

It is a nice apt in a nice area, close to POIs. Once the new office staff is trained and confident in their positions, I believe a referral would enjoy their stay.

Helpful friendly staff. Very patient with my questions. I never felt like I was annoying to the leasing agent/manager.

I believe this community is beautiful and reasonably priced. I've had very few problems with the apartment.

I like the physical apartment I just would like to be a part of a community with lots and lots ammenities.

I have not had any interactions with the new maintenance crew since the management change. I truly do love living at The Heights, I'm just not very happy with my current unit.

I have been living here for 5 years. I have been through 2 managements companies. The 1st staff is what made me move in, they were polite and forthright. The 2nd staff (company) was total opposite. Request took weeks to acknowledge/fulfill and maintenance was half done. When I called the office I would only receive untruths and excuses. The staff was dishonest and often rude. The last time I recommended this complex - I never received the cash incentive that was promised. When questioned, I received multiple excuses and blame of others. My reason for staying is not the staff because all I have received is rent increases and lesser services. It's a different company now - so only time will tell.

We've been living here for over a year, and have seen this place transform into an amazing place to live. The front office ladies are absolutely wonderful, and the gentlemen in maintenance couldn't be more efficient, or productive, with every minute they have on the property. Spacious living, excellent pool, and a great activity system, which brings residents together for the occasional fun. Overall, I'd say we've been exceptionally happy here, and plan on staying for as long as the current management team is intact. Thank you!

We searched for 3 months all over Fort Worth for a 3 bedroom; it was exhausting and aggravating that no place seemed just right. Then, we found The Heights at Cityview. It is newly renovated in such a beautiful way I thought for sure we wouldn't be able to afford it. Sara, the leasing manager, was the friendliest, most helpful we had met on our apartment hunting adventure. As soon as she told me the price I was sold. We then looked at the new pool and were blown away. We felt like we were in Vegas.... seriously! Our apartment is wonderful, fully renovated as well with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Y'all, I feel like I live in a Vegas hotel suite (without the gambling and bar downstairs). Oh, and I never hear any neighbors!!! Maybe just a coincidence or maybe it's vacant, but it sure is quiet around here! Also, a free coffee bar, juices, soda, and water in the office. What more can you ask for???

Toured the same floor plan three times before deciding to put in an application. On the occasions I toured, the representative quoted me a price and showed me a vacant apartment of the floor plan I was looking for. I was told the apartment I was looking at would be the "exact same to a T" multiple times and that they are renovating the apartments as people move out "one by one." I called a few times to the facility on the days in between and got no answer. I even sent an email saying that I wanted an emailed application for the apartment and never got a response. Even though the office not answering phones/emails threw up a little red flag - I finally decided to apply because why not, right? It's supposed to be a nice "updated" apartment. I call first and spoke to another associate to ask if the apartment was still available before taking the time to drive down after work to put in my application. I arrived to place my admin/app fee and was told by that same associate that if I wanted the apartment updated that it would be another $155 on top of what I was quoted - without me saying anything about the apartment, the price I quoted, or about it being updated (aka everyone else but me knew the apartment wasn't going to be updated especially for the price I was quoted.) The associate chopped it up to a simple "I'm sorry" and that she had nothing else to offer of what the other associate had sold me on (a first floor updated two bedroom apartment) and you can bet that I walked out. The associate had the opportunity to tell me over the phone and didn't. The entire experience was both unfortunate and unacceptable. It's hard enough to find an apartment in this area.. the last thing people need is to invest and be mislead. So yeah they have nice updated apartments except they aren't all updated and they aren't shy about showing you the updated apartments, quoting a price, and trying to hook you so at the last second they can tack on an additional renovated price. Be upfront with customers, answer your phones, and offer more than an apology. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Several tenants have been without air for a few days including us going on day two no one is answering at 24-hour maintenance and voicemail is not available.

I have lived at this location for 7 years and had no major issues. The staff was very friendly and available on weekends (a must given my work schedule). The location was close to major highways and all types of shopping. The grounds were very well kept, and I always enjoyed driving into the property to see the flowers. It also had a few other musts for me--garage parking, parcel pick-up, no pest issues, close to my job. An added bonus is that they have periodic breakfasts for the residents catered, for a sense of community. Rental prices for me, were on the high side of competitive, but the service and responsiveness to issues show in the team; I feel like they care (Thanks Beverly et. al.!). My reason for leaving was to move back to the east coast for work. I do miss the rental costs of Texas.

The Heights of Cityview apartments has been a pleasure to live in. Recently built, the units are clean and all the finishings are well kept and show to wear or age. The grounds are kept immaculately by one of the best management teams I've encounters. There is curbside trash pickup 3 times a week and you will find men walking around daily picking up even the smallest bits of litter. If you have dogs you'll love the dog park and ever present lush lawnswhere which they can play. The gym was recently renovated with state of the art machines which is exciting for those who would rather not pay for expensive gym memberships. I work in downtown and using the chisolm trail toll road these apartments are a straight shot at a brisk 13 minutes. Love it!
