5 stars isn't enough! I'm obsessed with my apartment! The space is perfect, the vibes are cozy, and I feel so at home. It's more than just a place to live - it's my sanctuary. Highly recommend finding your own little slice of heaven. Oh, Matt from the office is awesome. Thanks for all you do.
The staff here are super nice and always helpful whenever I need something. The community is always clean and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. Definitely happy living here!
I've lived here for 4 months now and everything has been great!! I wish the gym had a little bit more equipment but otherwise maintenance and manage seems to always be helpful and ontop of things!

Really nice amenities and relatively quiet neighborhood. So far have had very few issues, and most were dealt with quickly. Management seems to be overwhelmed, so they have been neglectful in some areas, but I can't really fault that. Really good for price and location. :) I'm content.
It has been a great place to move into. We are in the throws of trying to meet neighbors and residents. The staff have been amazing and so helpful. A great place to live so far.
So far very good. I just moved in last week and the community is so quiet. The leasing office has been very helpful in getting me signed up!
First off, let me start by saying that the property is gorgeous. The staff is so accommodating in A1 customer service. I have never been in a complex where the maintenance team is a 10 across the board. Very happy to be here.
The 1st day I found the apartment I know call home the whole staff at The heights has been great. Matt , Kiera , have been great in helping with the paper work process. Gave me the whole layout of the place . Perfect place and staff to call home
We’ve only been here a few weeks and unfortunately we had a situation with our air on a Sunday going into Memorial Day (where the maintenance team was off for holiday). We put in an emergency request and got an immediate call back. The maintenance man was out quickly and stayed until it was fixed, which it wasn’t an easy fix. He was very helpful and we appreciate his swift response!
I just moved in, and I love coming home everyday. It’s so peaceful and quiet. I also love my new apartment ! The leasing agents at heights at Millcroft have been very kind and helpful.
Clean, quiet community except for the occasional loud muffler sounds late at night. Well maintained social room, fitness room and the pool is a plus. Recommend to anyone.

Everyone in the office has been nothing but great to me. Even the maintenence crew is awesome. Any concerns or issues I had were always handled.
I love living here going into my second year. Everything is kept up so well! The staff is so helpful and friendly and our maintenance requests are handled quickly!
very nice apartments, nice staff, would like a few more trees around. Mostly quiet, i believe a policeman lives here, which is reassuring. Nice little pool- again needs more trees or boundaries.
I have lived here for 2 years, will be 3 as I’m renewing. My time here has been great. Live the front office staff, the previous maintenance guys were awesome. Love that the community always has events to make our time here more enjoyable. I really feel like they do things to make and keep us happy as residents. Also, location is great and neighborhood is beautiful and clean.
I have really enjoyed my experience at The Heights at Millcroft in Suwanee. The community is well-maintained, with modern amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, with high-end finishes, and the management team is responsive and helpful. The location is great—close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it a convenient place to live. Overall, it's a comfortable and welcoming community that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home in the area!
Great office staff and smooth move in :) I love how quiet the community is and it appears to have good working residents that live here. This is important because it’s minor people outside late at night, not much noise and the property is clean.
I absolutely love living here. This was my downsize from living in a big house. Everyone is friendly and the office staff always greets u with a warm smile no matter what. I’ve always been a community type person and I think the people in my building have come to see that. I love introducing myself and speaking to everyone. My apartment is as beautiful as it was when I moved in almost 2 years ago. THE HEIGHTS AT MILLCROFT IS AWESOME!

The staff here is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and completes tasks quickly. The community itself is kept clean and the amenities are nice- beautiful pool area, free area to wash and vacuum your car, dog park, neighborhood to walk in and exercise room. Overall nice place to call home.
I love the apartment layout, it’s very spacious and high ceilings. My balcony is on the bigger side and I definitely love it as I can store my kid’s bikes on one side and still have space for a couch on the other side. Me and my son live in a one bedroom so ideally I’d like a 2 bedroom but the price is a bit steep for a two bedroom on a single income. I’ve switched jobs a couple times so I’ve left to go to work at various times and I will say if you have an early start time around 6am you might get stuck in the high school traffic. Also when the high school lets out there’s multiple cars turning into the neighborhood just to turn around. There’s also only one call box at one specific entrance, so having guests over or getting food delivered can be tricky explaining they can’t just enter through any door. Maintenance is usually really quick to respond and also notify you in advance if they need to enter your apartment. I will say the pest control company they use isn’t that great tho.

Staff is friendly and ready to help. Maintenance requests have all been handled swiftly. Expected noise level from living in an apartment community, such as heavy foot steps above, neighbor’s dogs barking, and occasional door slams. Overall relatively quiet. I have enjoyed living here.
This apartment community is very safe and is always well lit at night time . All the neighbors are extremely friendly with well behaved dogs
Love my apartment. Haven’t had any issues in my apartment. Most neighbors are very kind. The pool and grill area are nice as well and have been well maintained. 10/10 would recommend.
We love our place, and we are thankful to have a good relationship with the leasing office. Maintenance good a good job keeping everything up nicely as well!
Love it here, the staff is nice and it is so easy to pay my rent on line. I love the luxurious looks at the apartments give also the surrounding areas are really nice. I’m very convenient to all major stores and highways. They are also building new townhomes which brings a luxurious home field. I love you here and can’t wait to renew my lease for another 14 months.

I just LOVE my place here at The Heights at Millcroft. Spacious w/high 10’ ceilings! The grounds are nice, maintenance is always timely with requests and it’s so quiet you don’t hear your neighbors! The Leasing staff is very helpful & friendly! Ask for Matt! He is Awesome!! Need more tenant events—but 5 stars anyway!
