It has been rare to ever need maintenance and those few times have always been taken care of promptly. by maintenance.My floor is peaceful with friendly respectful neighbors. There is a pretty view and my apartment layout has plenty of storage.

Good but needs improvement in the maintenance requests and all. Common areas to be maintained a bit more cleaner as well. The apartment view and all was very beautiful and nice. Really liked the whole vibe and atmosphere of the community.

Majority of the neighbors are nice. It feels like a community. Maintenance has been pretty timely with service requests. The complex still looks good, but could use some work maintaining the dog parks.

Got charged for a trash violation, but I'm still waiting for the bin I never received. I wish the windows were double paned for efficiency. I wish the doors and windows were sealed for the elements as well.

I enjoy the events for residents and the amenities. Maintenance is responsive. For improvement, reminding residents to pick up after their pets use the bathroom, especially on the sidewalks. It is unhygienic to walk near poop on sidewalks every day.

When 1 moved in loved this property. Still very beautiful and trendy. Just the atmosphere has shifted different residents have moved in. So many incidents now when come home see police presents. Noise has gone up as well as wreck less driving in parking lot.

Been here for 4 years it’s been good people here are nice our neighbor were friendly we have some neighbor friends here, the pool is nice it’s just need to have a little cover in cabana’s like how it use to be especially summers can be hot here in texas, the gates needs to fix too in every apartment especially my building 875 it’s been broken.

Still enjoying the community here. The dog parks need maintenance. I feel mostly safe at the complex. It's dark, needs lighting in some areas, for safety reasons at night.

It's gone down hill for a few years now. A better restaurant would be nice, trash cans, clean BBQ's that are also maintained. Brush cleared from the inside of sidewalks around the main pool would also be nice.

Ok. really hate being negative but honestly the bug issue I have just keeps getting worse, never had an issue anywhere else now I cannot sleep have to constantly bleach. Why the grounds around buildings sprayed? Smoking apparently not only ok but nothing done about disgusting cigarette buts cleaned up did this community disregard NO SMOKING application?! It is horrible, elevator seems and my dog got sick puking up a disgusting cigarette thing. Moved here because I was led to believe it was lovely resorting but have only experienced everything but. Dirty, bugs, smoking, webs, nests no help cleaning impossible balcony bird issues so mounds of pigion poo. Cannot tame it anymore so my silent usually timid self starting to be relally upset and do alot about disgusting issues

I've lived here for 2 years, I just recently transfer to a smaller unit due to personal reasons. I love my unit and the amenities. I feel safe and Maintenance have been quick and responsible to my requests. Only thing I wish was that I could have my own internet and cable provider. Other than that no complains.

I have got good apartment for staying in. It is good community. Just drawback that my building doesn’t have gate around stairs for secured access whereas other buildings have the same.

The thing that I love the most here is the location and atmosphere. Whenever I enter the apartment, I feel like being at some resort. And every big place like Costco, and Target is about 5 mins away.

I am new to the community but so far I have zero complaints. The staff is great especially Brittany and maintenance came extremely fast. Only thing I would change is people picking up after there dogs.
Great place so far service request have been completed within a couple of days Dustin and Shawn are great techs. Electric bill is a little steep but overall it’s really a nice place..
The move in process was quick and easy. Everything was ready to go when we came to drop off the check and pick up our keys. I wish we got 2 garage clickers but no big deal.

Better than average. After initial hostility to my dog, they have behaved well. Despite promulgating new regs they have mostly left me alone. Maintenance has been good.

Sometimes the portal doesn’t work for maintenance request. So if they haven’t responded to your request, you just need to try again or call them. They’re really good about keeping up with stuff.

apartment looks good but the management is slow and need to ask them multiple times to fix the problems. the community has an amazing gym which is two storied and have almost all the equipment.

Move in process was easy & quick. Jerel was very helpful the whole time. I had a problem with my washer and maintenance came quickly to fix the issue (the water was off). So far the noise level is minimal. I’m excited for the rest of the year here.
