Area much to loud. Comes from the highway. You can hear every step from your Neighbors over you and around. The gym a lot of the devices are not working right.

Love it only thing I would change is the wrist bands for the pool makes it hard to invite family and friends and amenities like stainless steal appliances instead of the all black appliances

Even with the few issues I’ve had moving in the office staff has always been friendly and responsive. This is one of the most important things to me in renting a place as things happen but the way the responded and took care of my issues says it all. Highly recommend living here.

The apartment is really nice. My only problem is residents who do not clean up after their dogs. It’s really not fair to people who does. Pls do better.

Absolutely love it here. People are friendly, and leasing agents and the property manager are so extremely attentive and helpful all of the time. The only issues we’ve had gave been with courtesy officers and they were resolved and transparent in fixing the situation. 10/10 place to live!

I have lived here since 2020. Then apartment was very nice for a first home for a new married couple. The amenities are great! The way things are set up it's like you on vacation in lewisville. Only cons are maintenance and you won't get your deposit back. Besides that, highly recommend.

Great area to live. Great atmosphere, I love going for a walk and look at all the colors every building has. It gives a different vibe from any other complex around. The pools are amazing and always clean.

Love the community not a fan of the location I’m in. No privacy all kind of random people coming in and out the gate by waiting for someone to come out. Random homeless people sleeping across from the building on the gym furniture . The gate slams all times of the night.

Good community, nice people everywhere. I will say the location is my favorite, along with the communication and customer service. I will say some of the rules, such as not being able to have lights or decorate our patios, do not make a lot of sense. But the space makes up for it.
Have more dog signs to remind residents to pick up after pets because dog poop has been a constant issue on sidewalks and even in the mail room. The issue is so bad that even my guests see it and they are disgusted when visiting. It’s good that grounds keeping picks up when requested. Groundskeeping should do more rounds to look out for dog poop. Trash is also an issue because trash is left on the hallways, stairs, and sidewalks. It would be nice to remind residents to not leave trash and have someone do rounds to pick up the trash. I’m not a fan of Spectrum especially when there are outages like the recent storm we had. I do enjoy the resident activities and I would like to see more activities to get to know other residents. I like to see more activities on weekends and after 7pm on weekdays. The staff has been doing a better job so far in terms of improving their customer service such as sending out emails in a timely manner when notifying residents.

I have had a positive experience living at Hebron 121 Station apartments. It has been rare to ever need maintenance and those few times have always been taken care of promptly. by maintenance.My floor is peaceful with friendly respectful neighbors. There is a pretty view and my apartment layout has plenty of storage.

Majority of the neighbors are nice. It feels like a community. Maintenance has been pretty timely with service requests. The complex still looks good, but could use some work maintaining the dog parks.

Gym is great. The swimming pool is big and the other amenities are great too. Quiet community. Safe neighborhood . I already extended amy lease another year

Got charged for a trash violation, but I'm still waiting for the bin I never received. I wish the windows were double paned for efficiency. I wish the doors and windows were sealed for the elements as well.

I enjoy the events for residents and the amenities. Maintenance is responsive. For improvement, reminding residents to pick up after their pets use the bathroom, especially on the sidewalks. It is unhygienic to walk near poop on sidewalks every day.

When 1 moved in loved this property. Still very beautiful and trendy. Just the atmosphere has shifted different residents have moved in. So many incidents now when come home see police presents. Noise has gone up as well as wreck less driving in parking lot.

Been here for 4 years it’s been good people here are nice our neighbor were friendly we have some neighbor friends here, the pool is nice it’s just need to have a little cover in cabana’s like how it use to be especially summers can be hot here in texas, the gates needs to fix too in every apartment especially my building 875 it’s been broken.
