So far good. Great community, nice people and amenities. But the move out charges are huge. I would say it is a decent apartment for reasonable monthly rent.

Pretty good complex amenities location price everything is pretty good also the complex is pet friendly if you want to distract from the work stress you just need to go to the pool but if that doesn’t work you can go to the Venezuelan restaurant Hello Caribbean so there are so many things to give them a 100 points in everything

I absolutely love it here. I think that the gym, the convenience store, dog parks, hello Caribbean, and overall the location it’s very convenient. I love living here, I love the location, It’s absolutely stunning. My one issue would have to be the bathrooms in the main pool. I go there frequently and I often find that there’s almost never any toilet paper. There’s always dirt sand lady items paper water all over the floor and it’s just very Messy and not well kept if the bathroom was regularly checked on and kept up with. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

I hope they still vacuum the hallways because it’s needed. How do you make sure that everyone is picking up behind their pets. It’s so embarrassing coming home to poop or have visitors come over and have to tell them to watch their step. It takes away from the entire community! I hope this gets better and I know there’s only so much you all can do.

Hebron 121 Station is a fun, beautiful place to live where the few maintenance requests I have made were all resolved promptly and thoroughly. Neighbors are friendly. At night, the tall buildings look stunning lighting up in subtle changing colors for relaxing evening walks.

Just got here, but I like it so far, the amenities are great and it has a Florida feel to it, the people at the leasing office are very nice and the gym closes at midnight, which is great for a late night workout love our unit the appinces are nice and the bathrooms my absolute favorite with a ring light mirror I reccomned you check them out
I love the environment of living here. It’s a little piece of feeling like you live on the beach somewhere with the pool, sand and palm trees except you’re still in Texas!
this complex has been such a great place to call home. i’ve felt welcomed from the moment i arrived by my neighbors and staff. it’s filled with great amenities, a great price, and terrific location.

I truly love this community! The beautiful ambiance, friendly neighbors, and peaceful setting make it a wonderful place to live. My only wish is that Building 896 had an elevator like the others. The three flights of stairs can be tough, especially for my parents in their late 60s, which sadly keeps them from visiting often. Our units here are upgraded, water-view apartments, so accessibility should match the premium living experience we’re paying for. Adding an elevator would make a huge difference for residents and guests alike. Also, the dumpster in the middle of the lot has been looking messy lately,would love to see it tidied up to match the rest of the lovely grounds. If we could make this happen, we would be forever grateful. Thank you for all you do to keep our community such a beautiful place to live!

To be honest, things started off a bit rocky but what got my was the uniqueness of the complex. The staff is really friendly. I’m still exploring and hoping to get to know people but seems like a very lively place.

The location and the amenities are great. There are always community activities and things to do. The complex stays pretty clean and there are always improvements happening.

Absolutely love it here. People are friendly, and leasing agents and the property manager are so extremely attentive and helpful all of the time. The only issues we’ve had gave been with courtesy officers and they were resolved and transparent in fixing the situation. 10/10 place to live!
So far a great move in. No issues and love the area. Dog friendly! Think we are really going to like it here and that we made a good choice.
The process to move in was a hassle, it took way longer than expected and a ton of delays kept popping up from the management side. The month prior to move in was a big pain but once we got past that everything else has been great

Really pretty community but there are some loud individuals and sometimes there are loud motorcycles at night. Maintenance takes a while but eventually gets to it.

I just moved in. Maintenance did well on the few issues I had. Scenery is amazing! A little pricey, but the amenities are well worth it. I’m pleased!

Have had no issues since moving in...property kept up...no issues with noise or neighbors....I have only been here for 5 months...the only issue that I have is that the game area is not open when the offices are closed. That is a bummer because most people are at work when the office is opened so I can't enjoy the club house except Saturdays.
I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else, honestly. I wake up on vacation every try day here! There are a lot of kids but it is what it is. My friends and family are always super shocked when I show them my place, it’s like a jaw dropping occasion!
We are so impressed by these amazing apartments! The amenities are top-notch, and the pools are absolutely gorgeous. Charlotte has been incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the process. The community feels welcoming and vibrant—we're genuinely excited about our future here!

Area much to loud. Comes from the highway. You can hear every step from your Neighbors over you and around. The gym a lot of the devices are not working right.

Love it only thing I would change is the wrist bands for the pool makes it hard to invite family and friends and amenities like stainless steal appliances instead of the all black appliances

Even with the few issues I’ve had moving in the office staff has always been friendly and responsive. This is one of the most important things to me in renting a place as things happen but the way the responded and took care of my issues says it all. Highly recommend living here.

Has the features I want. The usual autobot bureaucratic hassles with a too-small staff, but they keep the place tidy. No neighbor problems.

The apartment is really nice. My only problem is residents who do not clean up after their dogs. It’s really not fair to people who does. Pls do better.

I never thought about living in this area as I tend to stay in my comfort zone. However I am so happy I decided to make the move here! It’s very nice here. The apartment is everything I want and the community is great. It has an extremely large main pool and a couple other pools too that are really nice.
Nothing but positive things! We love the community and friendly residents around us! Love all of the dog parks they have around here for our sweet boy Willie! Amazing apartment complex!

I have lived here since 2020. Then apartment was very nice for a first home for a new married couple. The amenities are great! The way things are set up it's like you on vacation in lewisville. Only cons are maintenance and you won't get your deposit back. Besides that, highly recommend.

Great area to live. Great atmosphere, I love going for a walk and look at all the colors every building has. It gives a different vibe from any other complex around. The pools are amazing and always clean.
