Large community. Good amenities two stories gym, game room, large pool, restaurant in the neighborhood. Calm neighborhood. Few things to take care after move in but very good overall.
I’ve been living in my apartment for a couple months now and I absolutely love it! The community is very nice and I’m still waiting to meet new people!
Amazing place, and definitely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. If I could I would want to buy one of the apartments and stay there forever haha ??
The management is not good. They answer the phone around 30% of the time and then are either rude or unhelpful.

So far everything has been good! The leasing agents were nice and move in process wasn’t a problem at all. Our neighbors are very lovely. There’s been a few maintenance issues, but they’ve been solved rather quickly.

There is a MAJOR rat and roach problem. Trash everywhere. Elevators are out of service at least once a month. Management and maintenance take forever to respond. Parking is a joke. Black mold in apartments that they just paint over. The only plus to this complex is the pools and palm trees. I’ve been here for 6 months and already looking for a new place to stay once my lease is up.

Majority of the neighbors are friendly. I feel pretty safe here walking around the complex. The maintenance staff fixes my issues in a timely manner.

The ambience is good. Among the communities we've toured, this is unlike all of them. Appears little old, except that, apartment is full of ventilation.

Well I have been here for 4 months now and I just love my home. The place is beautiful and makes you feel like you are on vacation all the time.
My experience so far sis great I just feel like I need a little more communication because it’s my first moving process but I love my view I love my appliances the amenities are great for my family I do need 2 new dish racks but I love my new townhouse please let me know about any events
It’s amazing!!! I’ve only lived here for a day! Its very clean, everything works, and the amenities are impossible to beat!! I’m so thankful that this is my first apartment experience!

I enjoy the resident activities and amenities. Maintenance is responsive to requests. It would be nice if there were email reminders for residents to pick up after the pets. It’s really disgusting to see dog poop on sidewalks and in the mail room. People leave dog poop even near the doors so it makes it very hard to walk. It’s embarrassing having guests because they see that and they are disgusted.

It’s been a lot of inconveniences happening since moving if I’m being honest . (Locked out of my place 2-3 times due to dead lock battery & being replaced with another dying battery, vehicle being towed. Deliveries can never seem to make it to my door step. (I’d recommend leaving the downstairs gate unlock/available during certain hours of the day to help people who have issues moving up and down the stairs. (I’m a disabled veteran). Aside from that , the place is beautiful.

This time around hasn’t been so great. The ac drain pipe continuously leaks causing so much mold in the shower that no one seems to care to get rid of. Shower looks disgusting.

have lived in this complex for over 7 years, and while I initially really enjoyed it, I’ve noticed a steady decline over time. Despite paying for valet trash service, the townhome trash has only been collected about one week out of the past month. There is dog poop scattered throughout the property, which is both unpleasant and unsanitary. Also, the pool is frequently closed, limiting its use.

Pretty good complex amenities location price everything is pretty good also the complex is pet friendly if you want to distract from the work stress you just need to go to the pool but if that doesn’t work you can go to the Venezuelan restaurant Hello Caribbean so there are so many things to give them a 100 points in everything

I absolutely love it here. I think that the gym, the convenience store, dog parks, hello Caribbean, and overall the location it’s very convenient. I love living here, I love the location, It’s absolutely stunning. My one issue would have to be the bathrooms in the main pool. I go there frequently and I often find that there’s almost never any toilet paper. There’s always dirt sand lady items paper water all over the floor and it’s just very Messy and not well kept if the bathroom was regularly checked on and kept up with. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

I hope they still vacuum the hallways because it’s needed. How do you make sure that everyone is picking up behind their pets. It’s so embarrassing coming home to poop or have visitors come over and have to tell them to watch their step. It takes away from the entire community! I hope this gets better and I know there’s only so much you all can do.

Hebron 121 Station is a fun, beautiful place to live where the few maintenance requests I have made were all resolved promptly and thoroughly. Neighbors are friendly. At night, the tall buildings look stunning lighting up in subtle changing colors for relaxing evening walks.

Just got here, but I like it so far, the amenities are great and it has a Florida feel to it, the people at the leasing office are very nice and the gym closes at midnight, which is great for a late night workout love our unit the appinces are nice and the bathrooms my absolute favorite with a ring light mirror I reccomned you check them out
I love the environment of living here. It’s a little piece of feeling like you live on the beach somewhere with the pool, sand and palm trees except you’re still in Texas!
