Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heather Glen Townhomes Phase II
I just moved here in mid-August, and I love it. They are updating the units inside and out with new siding and new windows, and my unit is old, but it is clean and modern with all new appliances. I like the type of vinyl flooring they used, the more expensive kind with the actual wood texture, which means non-slip. The neighborhood is quiet, and if I didn't see my connected neighbors, I would not have known they were there since I never hear them. I have a nice-sized fenced-in patio with the ability to lock my gate and bolt my back door. I have ceiling fans with LED bulbs in every bedroom and the living room. All of the light bulbs in my house are LED, which will save me a few dollars by not buying replacement bulbs all the time. I have 2 master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Very old and overpriced. Property is unkept all over with torn blinds and fences, trash overflowing with broken down cars. Visit to office for model view was a complete waste of time.
