Great staff and maintenance. A very safe community and close to everything. The pool and the gym are very nice and clean. Would highly recommend living here.

I have been living at Heartwood for a little over a year now and I love this community!! It's small, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly and professional! I love the community events (even though I have missed a few, LOL) and having food trucks come by takes the guess work out of dinner plans some nights. It's been a great experience so far...I think I will be here for a while!

Love the amenities here. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The maintenance staff are always very responsive to any of my needs as well.

I've really enjoyed living at Heartwood Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and in a great location, close to Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, Nashville, many restaurants and shops. The amenities are excellent, especially the well-equipped gym and the beautiful pool area. It’s also a very dog-friendly complex with plenty of green space and other pet-loving neighbors. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Franklin.

A very well-maintained apartment community. The staff and management are a pleasure to work with. I've been here one year now and haven't a single complaint.

I enjoy living in my Heartwood apt. Any time I have and issue they are quick to remedy the problem. I find it to be quiet and peaceful and love the coffee and tea amenities. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the grounds are always well kept.

I would give Heartwood 5 stars but there is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really love this community and am so glad that I found this place when I did. I have been here for over a year now and it is as quiet and as clean as the 1st day I moved in. Everyone is still friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! Sometimes, the valet trash company misses picking up my trash but it’s not the end of the world. This Spring, I welcomed a family of small birds who built a neat little nest on my balcony…

This complex is truly a community where I have found a home! The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance staff is professional, quick and competent. The grounds are beautifully kept! I have already gotten one of my friends to move here and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen has been my home for a few years. It is a well managed and well maintained community making it a great place to live. The apartment is very nice. The location is great. Office and maintenance teams take great care of us and are really nice and efficient. I truly enjoy knowing that if something needs repair, all I have to do is call or send through a maintenance request and it is resolved. So glad to have stopped in to check it out back then! I hope to stay at least a couple of more years.

Every staff member that I’ve met has been wonderful! Any concerns that I’ve had were addressed immediately, and I feel comfortable communicating with them.

A wonderful place to live. The staff is helpful, courteous and always eager to help. The location is perfect and with the new park coming in across the street with walking trails makes it even better.

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen is such a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and well designed. The location is convenient to I-65 and great shopping & dining options are right in the area. The community is wonderful--very dog friendly!! And the management team and all of the support staff are outstanding--friendly and helpful--a winning combo!

Nice area, nice floor plans, reasonable price for the area. I just wish other residents would pick up after their dogs! I’ve stepped in poop a few times and it’s just gross and lazy on the owner’s part.

Courtney and Rachel were AMAZING when I came to tour the apartment complex and when I brought my children back to see the model! Both knew so much about the property and took all the time I needed and answered every questions thoroughly. I am excited to move in!

Front office is amazing. I appreciate that they go above and beyond for your requests. They also have an amazing attitude for whenever you are dealing with an issue.

I am so pleased with the level of service I received when my AC stopped working! The first visit, the maintenance person took their time to find the source of the issue and was so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me! I was blown away that the next visit that resolved the issue was the NEXT DAY! I am so grateful and pleased with the level of care and support I have received from the maintenance staff in the years I have lived here! Even the clubhouse staff goes above and beyond with communication and kindness when any hiccup occurs! I love living here and recommend Heartwood at Lockwood Glen for anyone looking to join a warm, welcoming rental community!

We love this community! It's clean, residents are incredibly kind, clubhouse is beautiful, amenities are great. We recently moved here from out of state and it's been a great start to our new life here in TN.

This is going on my second year here at Heartwood. Very quite neighborhood with a mix of young professionals, family and seniors. The property is well maintained at all times and you can't beat the price for everything you get. I know, I've looked. Thanks Heartwood for making this my home.

Great community. Nice people. Beautifully organized and kept. Great staff. Plan to take the time to read Greystar leasing documents. Rent prices change daily. I chose this place based on great ratings compared to other places I evaluated. It's pretty, great location, convenient road access, it's safe and doesn't have issues I reviewed in most other apts. Apt is extremely clean. Any problems are quickly addressed. I was showed the apartments being rented, not models. Other complex's insisted they not show the apartment being rented. Fishy.
