This is a great building with many amenities that create a positive experience. The building is kept clean, the maintenance is very responsive and the concierage staff is helpful and friendly—as are the rental managers. I enjoy living here.

The 3 BR floor plans at Hazel are the best I have seen in any apartment building. Feels more like a house than an apartment. The grounds and facilities are always immaculately maintained by an incredible daily cleaning crew. Maintenance staff is awesome. Overall a great property.

I love living here. In many ways it continues to be enjoyable and feel like a home. There are only two items that have bothered me (and other residents) and make me wonder if the building will continue to be maintained at the level it has been. 1. The continuous changing of employees and their hours at the concierage desk. When I moved in, we were to have 24-hour service. It was reduced several times, without any security, to 8:00 am -10:00 pm. Often there isn’t anyone to let in guests and deliveries. The concierage should carry a phone and the numbers should posted at the outer door. 2. The removal of cups at the drink machine is questionable and doesn’t seem to be from a mission to “go green.” To encourage green, offer recyclable cups! Other than the above , I have only praise for the on-site management, the maintenance staff, the convenience of the location, the cleanliness that is maintained daily, the events in the 5th floor and the over-all experience of living here.
Lovely property with great amenities including gym and saltwater swimming pool with a clubhouse you can hire for events. They have a great team including the property manager Kelli, estate manager Alex and concierge Nakia.

A great complex in a really good location. Restaurants, shops and a local community all thrive around Hazel Southpark. Security and privacy are paramount but the work to connect neighbourhood community is excellent. We enjoy living here.

I recently moved into my new apartment here at hazel and the experience was incredibly smooth and easy. From the initial application process to the final walkthrough, everything was well-organized and efficient. Kelli and the team have been responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The apartment itself was clean and ready for move-in, with all necessary utilities already set up, which made the transition seamless. The building amenities are a great bonus. Great staff. They are extremely helpful. The common areas are kept very clean. Very nice amenities. However, the garage area of the freight elevator needs to be cleaned as well as the freight elevator itself.

This is a lovely apartment complex in a good location with quite a good few restaurants / cafes and a small park in walking distance . The majority of the community is very friendly and has some nice amenities including a communal club house and pool which make you feel like you’re in a resort. The leasing staff are exceptional as are the majority of the concierge staff.

I really like living here. Noise can be loud sometimes living near the mall nut the staff is absolutely amazing. So helpful and always there to answer questions or if I need help with something. I also want to give a shoutout to the Maintenace staff. I have never had an issue that is not resolved within the same day. I even had my fire detector need a battery change in the middle of the night and someone came and fixed it. That is the best of the best.

Quiet place to retreat for my family. Very nice management and concierge staff. We’re in the apartment 1-2 weeks every month and we’ve never run into any issues or noise

Hazel is in a really great location , the amenities are very good, I love the gym in particular. The team are very friendly and efficient. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 stars is that the soundproofing is not that great from above and from the side. Nothing that can be done about that as it is structural. Other than that I have really enjoyed my time here at Hazel!
