Unfortunately my experience has been poor. I have still not moved into my unit after 18 days of paying rent due to the lack of cleanliness, presence of bugs, and items needing repair.

I do not recommend this apartment, it's a new building but has lots of issues, I suspect the quality of the building is poor, and the maintenance sucks, it may take you 20 more days for a single maintenance response, but still not fixed. For the garage door, all residents complain about the issue, but the management team not care about it, no response at all!
