This is my first apartment, and overall I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is peaceful and well maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. It’s not too noisy, which I really appreciate, especially when I’m studying or relaxing at home. There are several good-quality food places nearby, so it’s convenient to grab a quick bite or go out for dinner without driving far. The grounds and amenities are kept in nice condition, and parking is usually easy to find. The staff is friendly and responds fairly quickly to maintenance requests. I’ve enjoyed meeting some of my neighbors, and everyone has been respectful and considerate. I’m happy I chose this place for my first apartment it’s been a solid start to living on my own.

Overall a good place to live. Maintenance usually handles things pretty quickly and the staff is nice. Could use a few improvements, but no major complaints.

Love the apartment and amenities, the staff are also amazing. Unfortunately some of the new neighbors have made the complex a little less enjoyable. Some are also great too at the same time.

It’s been amazing so far , the main problem am having is the smoking on the stair ways is really not healthy and make the place stink really bad aside that staying here has been amazing oh and can the gym to stocked a bit more it quiet basic thank you

The staff is amazing and they are always looking for ways to assist us residents. The only opportunities are where we still have a a few people that smoke on property and then to be fair the pricing could be a bit better. But if peace and quiet plus safety sounds good to you then this is your place. Also, the location of the apartment is pretty good as everything one may need is in close proximity

Over the past nine months, living in this apartment has been a truly comfortable and manageable experience. The space strikes a great balance between size, convenience, and functionality — enough room to move around freely without feeling cluttered or overwhelming to maintain. The layout is practical, with everything easily accessible and thoughtfully designed for everyday living. Temperature control has been consistent through the seasons, and the overall quiet atmosphere makes it easy to relax or focus when needed. Maintenance requests, though minimal, have been handled promptly, which adds to the sense of ease and peace of mind. The neighborhood has also been a plus — safe, walkable, and close to daily essentials like grocery stores, transportation, and restaurants. What I’ve appreciated most is how livable and low-stress the space has been.

I love my apartment Community. The only reason I am not giving 5 star. Is because sometimes the secure entry is open. But it’s because of people propping the doors open. To the outside. But other than that. This place is awesome

I live on the first level, very clean and closer to the entranceway in and out parking no problem. I love the community. The hallway area is very clean to smell good.

Nice and quiet, very relaxing. Pest control resolved issues very well. Maintenance was polite Unfortunate smell in hallway, hard to find parking sometimes. Amazon package locker is a bit tricky

As I always say, I love my unit it's a bit alarming the high turnaround of staff in the office a little disappointed in how my renewal has gone when it was time for my renewal the month that it took place I had to keep asking for my balance to be updated, I was being charged for things that I did not have I did not receive the gift that I was told I was supposed to receive and when I brought it to the attention of the office, no one knows what I'm talking about.

I had a very negative experience with Greystar’s management. Not only did they promise me a referral bonus and never pay it after months of waiting, but the property is also poorly maintained with trash piling up in front of units, creating an unhealthy and unsanitary environment. The staff kept delaying, avoiding responsibility, and showed no accountability. This feels dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful to tenants. I strongly do not recommend renting from Greystar.

I like the environment, but the dogs and the poor care of some of residents i don't like. Also, sometimes the smell of weed is too much. It's suppose to be a smoke free facility.

It’s quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is well kept! I love that the fitness room has a bag for kickboxing! The locations is convenient. Every type of store or restaurant you could want is in close proximity.

The community is great; however, I wish there were more consistent responses. It is kind of hard to get a hold to someone from the staff. The community is pretty clean for the most part. The noise can be a lot sometimes during the day from the pool and the dogs, but it quiets down alittle before 9pm.

Living here has honestly been a great experience. The apartment itself is super cozy and modern. I don’t enjoy the highway sometimes but the building is pretty quiet and close to everything I need. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and they actually respond quickly when you need something, which I really appreciate. Maintenance has always shown up within a day or two whenever I’ve put in a request. The property is always clean, the landscaping is nice, and the amenities like the pool and gym are a big bonus. Parking has never been an issue either, and I feel safe living here. It’s just been a smooth and easy place to live, which hasn’t been the case with past apartments I’ve had.

The experience has been very pleasant. A very quite community. Maintenance continues to be efficient and consistent. The gym is a good place to get a quality workout routine. The equipment is state of the art. Overall one of the better properties in the area.

Lived here a little over a year & loving it. The complex is starting to fill up & the staff is super friendly & maintenance is prompt and professional. Haven’t had any major issues!

This is one of the most disappointing, if not the most disappointing, experiences I have had in an apartment complex. I do not feel safe, my belongings aren't secure, the office staff has no idea what is going on, poor communication between staff, and minimal effort is made to resolve concerns.

Struggling with pests. This issue has made living here very difficult as I see silverfish and now centipedes in my unit on a daily basis. I keep my unit pretty clean so I think there might be a bigger issue going on in between these walls. Speaking of walls, this is a new building and I already see cracks in the walls and ceiling. I’ve had a water leak in my unit and I’m not sure if anything was to address it, as the maintenance request was put on hold. I do love my floor plan & the price. Management and maintenance are kind but I think that there needs to be a serious discussion about perimeter and interior pest treatment of the whole apartment complex as seeing multiple bugs on a daily basis should not be part of my daily routine. I made too many pest control related maintenance requests and I haven’t even been here for two years yet. While this place is wonderful aesthetically, I do believe that infrastructure wise, this place is poorly built and a hub for bugs.

Beautiful apartments, great management team, beautiful area and beautiful pool! The only issue is that the ceilings and so thin that you can hear just about everything your neighbor does. Also, there have been issues in the past with power outages and elevator issues. The power outages caused a lot of people to lose groceries and the apartment complex did nothing to make this up to its residents. I would honestly recommend living here yes, but make sure you get top floor or you will hear your above neighbors every move.

Everything has been great since I moved in. The noise is low, the neighbors are nice. And the office staff are amazing! The pool is super clean. The trash shoots are convenient. I have not had any major problems yet. And hope to have none at all.

Office never returns emails unless it’s about money. Have waited months for maintenance orders, everything is always out of service. People stay smoking

Great community. Front office is awesome. They set up the best events for me and my family. Maintenance is there fairly quickly (even on holidays).

So i moved to Texas in September and was wondering what my first year would feel like or if i picked the right place to stay at. I wanted a peaceful neighborhood with a lil to no activity around that would be a noise pollution and honestly, It's been amazing with nothing to complain about. Yes the Apartments is by the highway but I barely hear the cars go by or maybe im not listening hard enough. The amenities are always available and the staff (including the ones who cleans) are always willing to help and pretty friendly

Since I moved in back in 2023 I love living here , it’s quiet , clean and you have everything you need in the surrounding area. Staff is good to its tenants and very responsive to the tenants needs.
