We absolutely love living here at Haus-25! After moving here from New York, it's been the best experience so far. The commute back into the city is incredibly smooth, easy, and quick! Harvest Wednesdays are one of our favorite days of the week. My husband’s favorite amenity is the golf simulator, while I’m a huge fan of the Zumba classes on Wednesdays. This building truly offers a wealth of great amenities. We also enjoy seeing all the adorable furry friends who live here. A special shout-out to Kevin T, the maintenance guy, who is always ready to lend a hand with a smile, and to Daniel M, the front desk attendant, for being so warm and friendly. You both make us feel right at home every time we pass you in the lobby. Thank you for all that you do! We would absolutely recommend Haus-25. It’s an awesome place to call home!

As soon as we took our first tour at Haus25, we knew it would be our new home. Joe is an excellent leasing specialist who answered all our questions and was so patient as I even came back a second time to look at a few different apartments/layouts until we found the right one for us. Laura also helped us on the day we picked up our keys and answered any remaining questions we had. Our building is always clean and pristine. Concierge is great as well as are those who handle our packages/deliveries. Not to mention how great the location is - Whole Foods right across the street and a few minutes walk to the Path. Can't say enough about Haus25!

Recently did a tour at Haus25. The amenities are amazing - my favorite was the hydroponic herb garden for residents followed closely by the golf simulator. Gym was huge and there are plenty of hang out areas - they've really made the building a home where you don't have to leave. The apartments and finishes are really nice, some had extensive views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. Shoutout to Joseph who was super professional and friendly - thx!

Amazing building! Fantastic amenities, great unit layouts (and building quality itself - we never hear anything from other units). The staff also makes for a seamless living experience, from Joseph helping us with our leasing, was super responsive and helpful, to the building staff, who are quick to help support any maintenance requests. Also centrally located just minutes to Grove/Exchange PATH trains, or Paulus Hook/Downtown for meals. Couldn’t ask for more

The amenities at Haus25 are world-class. The fitness club is top-notch, the pool area & roof deck feel like you're at a resort (TVs, grills, hot tub, cabanas), the penthouse rooftop terrace offers the BEST views of the nyc skyline, river, & Statue of Liberty. The entire community is meticulously maintained. The hydroponics farm is super cool - we have access to organic produce weekly as part of the amenity package & you can pick/grow with the farmers. I have never seen this offered as a resident amenity before — pretty amazing! Prime downtown location couldn't be better. Daniel & Jose at the concierge desk deserve special mention for their outstanding service. They are always friendly, helpful & quick to assist with any requests, making Haus25 feel like a true home. I would like to give a special shout-out to Patricia from the leasing office. Without her, I'm not sure I would have had such a seamless (and even fun) experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable & made sure every detail was taken care of. From the moment I stepped inside the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant design, attention to detail, and amazing ambiance. The downtown location couldn't be more perfect – there are tons of restaurants, shops, stunning waterfront/NYC views & super easy access to the city. Whole Foods is opening across the street! The amenities are top-notch & very well maintained. The entire on-site team from concierge to the leasing/management are incredibly friendly, attentive & hospitable. If you're looking for an elevated living experience in the heart of downtown Jersey City, Haus25 is the place to be!

Our experience as Haus25 has been nothing short of amazing. High quality building and design concept and extremely friendly and profressional team all around. All of the amenities and common areas are very well kept which speaks to the standards of the building. The monthly resident events are fantastic. There is a custom resident app - it's very convenient, comprehensive and user friendly. Super easy commute to NYC. A big thank you to Patricia from the leasing office. We are grateful for having such a professional and supportive agent, offering guidance, coordinating all steps, and communicating efficiently. Haus25 is the crème de la crème of all of Jersey City. Amenities and design are unmatched.
