I’ve been living here for a year and an half, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes coming home a pleasure every day. What really sets this place apart is the maintenance and front desk staff—they’re prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. Moved into Haus 5350 last month and I am enjoying it so far. Great location with quick access to downtown and the Allandale neighborhood is vibrant and pretty walkable (#1 priority for me). Sarabeth was my leasing agent and Rick was the first friendly face to greet me on move-in day. Both are very welcoming and always smile and wave when I pass by the office—same for Vernon, the head of maintenance. I like the layout of my unit and how peaceful and secure the building feels, especially at night (#2 priority!). Definitely the right home choice for me.

I chose to rent here because of the great location and the quality you get for the price. It’s easy to get to both the Domain and downtown. The leasing process was smooth thanks to the helpful staff, and the only issue I had in the apartment was resolved within an hour of notifying management. I’d definitely recommend living here.

Overall, this is an above average apartment complex. It’s in a great location, with a nice & long pool, and with friendly & professional staff. However, there is definitely room for improvements. The hallway floors are not as clean as they should be, and the elevators are not air conditioned, so they probably get up to like 80 or 85 degrees inside during the summer. Also, if you’re on the top floor you might end up having loud A/C units on your roof (like me).
We have enjoyed living in this community for a few years now. Management is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance staff is great.

We have been very happy with our 3 years here. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. Maintenance has been prompt and competent. Office staff are friendly and responsive. The new management seems to be committed to the same standards of quality.
This is the worst living experience I've ever had. The leasing office just informed me that they actually went through my trash and photographed it. Can you say invasion of privacy? Its very unprofessional and unethical. Live somewhere else if you can. I'm counting down the days here.
I've been living in this apartment since June of 2012 and I gotta say I love this place so much. It has a gym so I'm able to work out every day and a pool as well which means I can also swim whenever I want. The staff is also very wonderful and very helpful, if you have a problem or anything that needs to be fixed then you need only ask and the will be more than happy to help
When I moved into my first apartment, I was, admittedly, confused. How was I going to indulge my incessant need to run outside and then come back immediately? Fortunately with a little time and patience from this lady who feeds me I realized I have it better here- I've got a run of the whole place, and the dog run in back is full of smells and enticingly overfamiliar birds. I love it here!
