Property Ratings at Harvest at Fiddyment Ranch
Briana and Heather at The Harvest are nothing short of amazing. I toured the property about a year ago looking for a 3 bedroom and had the best experience. I toured again today with my sister who is looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom and we had the same great experience. They are knowledgeable, the property is kept nice, the amenities are clean and inviting, all 3 floor plans I have walked through are gorgeous. I 100% recommend this community to anybody who is looking for a nice new home in a great school district.

Cockroaches! Issue reported and not addressed. We all pay for monthly pest control. These apartments are beautiful inside, but the walkways are dirty. Since we've moved in they have never been cleaned.
I spoke with Chris and Heather. They were both very professional and I love the property. Highly recommend this property.

We will be leaving and not renewing our lease. There are many unacceptable things going on here including management's customer service skills (rude & never answer phones) ?? Also, the loud illegal mufflers on cars and neighbors who leave their dog's home to cry allllll day. Terrible expirence.
I love living here, it's such a nice community. Everyone is so friendly. I love the ability to drive into my garage and walk into my apartment. This is luxury living at its finest. I definite place for single and families alike.
Our experience has been very pleasant and we are enjoying being residents. Staff is very professional and responsive. It is located conveniently near near shopping & banks etc!
We honestly have enjoyed living here. The apartment is nice and modern, but unless you live on the 3rd floor it is SO LOUD. You can hear every footstep of your upstairs neighbors, you can hear their conversations, and our glassware in our cabinets even rattle from the walking upstairs. The complex sends out regular emails to all residents asking for courtesy to downstairs neighbors, so this is not us being dramatic about our situation. This is our only complaint, so I’m sure if we lived in a 3rd floor unit we’d have no complaints. We have reached out asking for some sort of assistance with the noise and they won’t do anything besides reassure us the building is made to code. We have talked to our neighbors and still hear the noise. We have to leave our AC fan on all night so we can sleep peacefully. We won’t be renewing.
The layouts of the apartments are well thought-out, all of the buildings are clean, and the staff is very kind and accommodating.
Lovely community, friendly neighbors! Lots of new folks moving in, including me! Great move-in process, mostly awesome leasing team - ask for Hillary or Priscilla. Beautiful grounds and pet friendly. Amazing location and so walkable, love that! Restricted amenity hours due to COVID - understandable. Built-in gigabit wiring; loving the 2:2 floorpan with garage. Definitely made the right choice moving here!
We have not lived in an apartment for many years and are doing so now while our new house is being built. Harvest at Fiddyment Ranch has made the transition easy and comfortable for us. We are very pleased with our new, clean unit that has a convenient floor plan. The facility itself is quiet, and the residents seem very respectful of their neighbors. I recommend this facility without reservation.

Harvest at Fiddyment Ranch is a beautiful complex, the amenities are very nice and it is located in a great part of town. As a dog owner it was really important for me to live somewhere dog friendly and Harvest at Fiddyment Ranch is extremely dog friendly. The dog park is nice, there are shaded grass areas, and the walking trails near by are extremely dog friendly.
