The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Harvard Yard and Glenmary Senior Affordable Apartments
This is not the building you want to move into during your golden years. In the beginning it was well maintained and partially smoke free. Smokers were not allowed to use their balconies for smoking due to tenants with breathing conditions/on oxygen. We no longer can enjoy sitting on our balconies Due to the type of tenants now being put into the building, it's not very comfortable due to building alarms going off in the middle of the night due to smokers and not informing tenants of what not to do when burning food. This is a 5 story building that's conveniently located near grocery stores and public transportation for seniors who do not drive. Tenants feel safe most of the time but that's changing. Tenants are selected based on finances although this is a tax credit building.
