Hartshire lake manager welcomed us with open arms. Showed and explained to us everything we asked questions about apartments we were looking at. Clubhouse was nicely kept and everyone was very friendly.

Community was great. The manager and her team were awesome to deal with. Spent 3 years here and was never disappointed. If we ever needed something the manager of the community always went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Hartshire.

Wanted to take minute and leave a review for Hartshire apartments. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The apartment club house was very nice and we were welcomed almost as soon as we hit the door. We need more people and businesses like this! Tiffany was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had for her. Will def be looking for an apartment here once our house goes up for sale. Thanks again Hartshire.

I’ve resided here at Hartshire for 3 years, and the changes that’s happened since Tiffany has been the manager has been top notch! The maintenance team responds quickly to my requests and the grounds are always kept nice. If you’re looking for an apartment community don’t pass this one up.

I’ve lived here for over 2 and a half years and it’s been great ever since. The office people are always super kind and helpful whenever you need them, maintenance has always been on top of whatever needs to be done, and they keep the surrounding area outside looking very clean and nice. I have happily just resigned my lease again and will continue to stay here!
I’ve been happy to call Hartshire home for the last 9 years! My husband and I have always felt safe in these apartments and love that it’s fairly quiet and just enough out of the hustle and bustle. Also love the upgrades that they’ve made. The staff here is incredible, they always go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied!
The location is perfect, feels country-like but so close to stores and restaurants. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for my family.
I've lived here for 2 years now and I can't say enough positive things about Hartshire Lakes. When I moved in from MD the staff was awesome. Totally easy to to do the application process online and spoke to the leasing agent by phone. I had a 2 bedroom apartment locked in and was unpacked and settled in by the end of my 1st week in my apartment. Great area, lots of shopping, groceries, dining, and medical nearby, both private and V.A.( I'm a disabled vet). The complex has a beautiful pool with brand new furniture open all summer and into fall. Amenities include 24 hour gym, tanning, showers in the restrooms for cleaning up post swim or workout. Updated business center with new computers, laserjet multifunction printer/scanner, and free WiFi in the clubhouse. Comfortable couches in the clubhouse make the gas fireplace a great place to relax in the chilly months and have a cup of something hot from the free coffee bar. The staff are super friendly and ultra professional and the maintenance team is always quick to fix anything that may occur. I literally can't say enough about how much I enjoy living here!!! I'd give it 10 stars on a 5 scale.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and with this being my first apartment I’m amazed with how comfortable I am living here. The staff and maintenance get back to you within a couple days if not immediately. They even offer a valet trash service that will come get your trash for you. Not to mention Bargersville Police strolls through about five times a day and night to make sure the community is safe. I love living here and I’m about to sign another lease!

We've been here for almost 6 months, and we have fallen in love with this little community! Eveyone is so friendly, and quiet! We love our apartment for our growing family. They are so spacious and so homey! The maintenance and stuff are always on it if we ever have an issue with is very rare! I definitely recommend this community to anyone!
My family and I have lived at Hartshire for almost 2 years now. At first we loved it, but now we cannot wait to move out. Regarding the safety: my husbands back window in his work van has been broken and I had a few items stolen out of mine as well (my car was very old at the time so there was not much to steal but they did take all my car chargers and auxillary hook up cords.) Regarding the maintenance: we have had several problems with the magnet lock on the front door not working late at night so we can't get into our apartment. After they came out 3 different times to fix the problem, which they never totally fixed, we finally had to talk them into replacing our magnet lock so we wouldn't get locked out anymore. Lastly, (AND MOST IMPORTANTLY) each apartment is only allowed ONE car per apartment, NOT per leaseholder. All other cars must park in overflow (even if there are 3 empty spaces at all times in front of your apartment) which isn't close. They have even begun handing out parking passes. If this place were in the city, I could understand that, but we are nearly in the country. Our cars shouldn't be limited. There are also no signs marking visitor or overflow parking so one of our visitors (who was unaware of this rule) came over for an hour and already had a ticket by the time they left. I didn't think to ask where they parked since there's always open spots and they weren't going to be there long. Needless to say, DO NOT rent here. Always making more rules up and limiting what you can and can't do. Don't waste your money or your time.
The staff is super friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond! The apartments upgrades make them stand out. Between the upgrades and the amenities, you absolutely can't beat the price!
This apartment complex is amazing. It is in a secluded area about 15 mins south of Greenwood, IN. The management staff are extremely nice and assist with any questions or problems we might have. There is a 24/7 accessible weight room and tanning area. There is also a good size pool open during the day. All apartments have their own personal door entrance, so no walking into a building to get to my apartment. Very large and open space style living. All new appliances in the kitchen which also has wood floors. The bathroom has a very large space as well with large showers that have the curved shower curtain rod. All apartments also have washer and dryer hookups. The bedroom is a good sized space a with slide door closets with built in racks. The apartments also come with a patio or deck which also has a storage closet. The apartments are very nice and presentable with a great community. Quiet and secluded away from the busy city life but not out of reach. Hartshire Lakes is a great place to live.
Love the location of these apartments there are far enough away from everything, yet close enough to anything you would ever need. Great place to come home and relax.
I lived at Hartshire Lakes for a year. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is really good and will respond quickly to your needs. The only reason that I left is that traffic from downtown to Bargersville has significantly gotten worse since Walmart at 135 and Smith Valley opened up in May 2015. Also, be prepared to drive ten minutes to the grocery store (a new Kroger will open a mile away in 2016) and most fast food.
