MOLD AND ROACHES EVERYWHERE
The units are molded inside and out. Horrible bug problem. Management has changed twice in 6 months. Maintenance is a joke, 15 days to response to mold call. this entire complex needs to be tore down, it's hazardous!!! We were supposed to get mold inspection, nope! Neighbors above were moved due to extreme mold. DO NOT MOVE HERE,

Great Community
Great place to live and call home. The management is excellent. They work hard to make the apartments feel like home. Excellent upkeep of grounds and pool area. Prompt maintenance response and friendly staff.

Not Lynco New Management and Owners. Beware after 10/2018
This property has new owners and management. The rents shown are not accurate. Plan on 45% more. Rotting wood covered with siding and cockroaches. The unpleasant staff lies. The new owner says he will sell after 1 year and get out leaving angry tenants behind. Research anything before you move in. Who are you dealing with? Really

WONDERFUL COMPLEX
Signed the lease in January, which has been one of the best decisions I made so far. Office Manager Jessica is absolutely wonderful and has made it very comfortable to live there. So far, there have been no problems with bugs and no problems with tentants. It has been a super quiet place to live and I am glad I chose this complex.

We moved in about 3 weeks ago. Great location, Spacious Apartments and the manager is wonderful. The service at this property is impeccable.

Great staff. Comfortable living environment. Extremely Efficient maintenance and prooerty management. Pool laundry on site. Pet and kid friendly. Night security.
