The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Harmony Crossing
Management at this site (or lack of) has changed the atmosphere dramaticly. If you are interested in a quiet and well kept (it took 4 months for the leak in my garage to be repaired (work order in summer - went into winter and lots of rain before it was repaired), no speed bumps - cars without parking tags allowed, modified exhausts and speeding not enforced. NO RULES enforced for "companion animals", a threat to other animals whose owners are paying a deposit and monthly fee. Neighbor above me had four companion animals brought in without authorization and not evicted. Only one had proper registration/paperwork and that after 3 months. Screens and blinds can be mutilated and left hanging (barely). Neighbors dump their garbage (in large garbage containers) in the dumpsters on site. No play areas for children so if you have someone above you has children - don't bother to advocate for your privacy - it has no affect on the management and it will only get worse, because they feel that since they aren't censored, they have every right to infringe P.S. If you have a dog - it won't be allowed, but "companion animals will" and there are an abundance of them in all sizes. With no central air, it is like living among the wolves on a full moon(bedrooms on the front of the building - no air conditioners allowed but in the rear). This was a beautiful location and well managed site when I moved in 3 years ago. If any of the above issues are important to you as a tenant and you want the issues resolved - this is not the location you're looking for.
