I've been here going on 3 years. Valiant management has absolutely made a difference. I love living here now. They are dedicated to addressing and resolving every issue residents are concerned with. Thank you Valiant management for bringing our community up to par and making the necessary changes to make our stay here, the best. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking fir a beautiful, peaceful, safe and affordable place to live in the Medical Center area. Wish I could leave no stars at all. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and never had any problems until recently. The current office staff are the most unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate staff I’ve ever dealt with since living here. I was without lights or electric in my living room and kitchen for 23 days. I had to reroute my tv and WiFi routing system into my bedroom just to enjoy a small section of my apartment. They told me 3+ times the issue was fixed to come home and nothing was done at all??? I couldn’t use my main living spaces for almost a month up until I finally found a corporate email online and included them in an email. Only then was my work order taken seriously. I’ve worked in the apartment industry for 6+ years and have never experienced a more unprofessional manager. I would’ve never treated a resident the way I’ve been treated and neglected. The current manager does not email back for 24+ hours and doesn’t reply to emails until corporate is involved. Corporate never reached out either after emailing them several times so GVA doesn’t even care about their residents, clearly. If you have an emergency work order plan on waiting a month for it to actually be fixed or if you do, be sure to involve corporate because that’s the only way it will actually get done. This whole complex has went downhill ever since GVA took over a couple years ago. I can say after 4 years I will gladly be moving out of this place with a smile on my face!! This place is a joke, 10/10 don’t recommend!!! Oh and just wait for typical response to this review acting like they really care!!! Lol. I’ll be sure to leave this complaint on all platforms along with a report the BBB.

Full or riches. we have a baby who got bites on hand and leg and suffering now. when I complain very first day leasing person said its common . Lot of noice from upstairs no proper sleep since I move in. my baby is suffering with roches now. we informed multiple issues to office it seems nothing was major to respond immediately. it seems I did a wrong step. Extremely poor friendly natural from leasing office people.

The staffs at leasing office are not friendly and lazy in doing their work. They are proactive in charging you bucks for some other reasons. Don't be surprised when your car gets towed away. They have done so with couple of residents living here.

If you believe in leaving with honest and helping leasing office ppl, please don't waste your time with this community. I have been staying here from last 3 years and had great experience initially. However from last 3-4 months (especially after my last renewal) it has become nightmare for me. Leasing office committed so many things to me over the talk but nothing in action at all. Once you renew your lease you are done. don't expect anything from these guys, even if you are requesting for the sake of bringing your new born baby in to the apartment. So, if you believe in my experience, please either get everything in writing or look for different community. Leasing Office specific ppl, You are unfortunately making me to give this 1 star review because of your recent behaviors. Hats off and god bless you.
I have been asked to get all the docs to submit my paperwork. After the got all my paperwork including my paperwork, they started saying the apartment is no more available and it is different price as well as moving date for whatever is available. They lied to me and wasted my time. Feeling cheated.
The community is nice quite and clean....alot of great things coming to the communityb with the new management...good positive changes!
