We had several issues during the leasing process, but Alex, Izzy, and Peyton were incredibly helpful. They were always willing to assist us, offering solutions and alternatives until we were finally able to move in. Now that we’re living here, we’re truly happy with everything this place offers. It's pet-friendly, perfect for walking your dog, and there's even a dog wash station. The gym is equipped with everything you need and feels brand new. There are two pools, a car wash and vacuum station, lots of green areas, and it's peaceful and quiet. Plus, it's conveniently located near supermarkets, banks, and more. We’re really happy to live here!

I love how thick the walls are I barely ever hear any neighbors. I’ve lived here for like eight months now and plan to keep living here for at least a few years! The area is really walkable and quiet.

The process of move in was super easy - Izzy and Payton were great in helping me. I've had some issues from an upstairs neighbor being super loud overnight (hence the loss of a star) but staff seem to be doing well so far in handling the situation

I really enjoy living here at Hardrock Canyon apts. The work they have been doing is really coming along. Paved and restriped parking lot, painting buildings, new patio furniture , and the newest is an app that lets you open the gates , an my most favorite it unlocks the gym door. Pool party was so fun. Quite a few of us showed up for hotdogs, drinks snacks and prizes. In the almost 3 years I been here it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks Alex for all you do.

Location is great, and staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with the platform they are using to register our renter’s insurance. Online reviews of said platform suggest it is a scam, and the inability of residents and office staff to upload valid coverage results in repeated fines from Hardrock Canyon for non-compliance. This has happened to us, in particular, for the last three months with no end in sight (resident app still says we have no coverage), and there are surely many other residents who aren’t even aware they are getting charged every month. Hardrock Canyon is a clean, and secure community. It offers convenient bus access to Downtown. The staff is friendly. Overall, it’s a solid community with room for improvement.

You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to H-E-B, Trader Joe’s and a lot of other shops. It’s very quiet other than the noise of gardeners. They’ve been struggling to keep good staff but the manager Alex is awesome!

Appreciate some beautification efforts are being carried out but the place needs more improvement. Example is the cement steps leading to the apartment floors are giving way with cracks in some places. Will take some days before maintenance staff respond to a maintenance request. Place does not justify the rent.

Fantastic Location. Typically very fast maintenance but has at times been less than ideal to flat out not showing up at all. There is on demand pest management which is nice and definitely necessary if you have one of the canyon views!

My first month living at Hardrock Canyon has been an amazingly smooth and pleasant experience (recently moved to Texas from out of state). The free amenities at Hardrock are great, from its fitness center (which I frequent 2-3 times/week) to its pools (one of which is a lap pool!). The surrounding neighborhood is also fantastic, from the two great grocery stores (HEB and Trader Joe's) to a wide variety of restaurants and other stores (Target, Barnes & Noble, Costco, etc.) Overall I am very happy I chose Hardrock Canyon as my first residency in Austin, TX.

HRC has the potential to be one of the hidden gems of the Great Hills Area, however the quality of the property is going down every year that I continue to live here. HRC greatest asset is the wonderful community of residents who live on-site who are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, most of the amenities do not work, or are very fairly taken care of by the maintenance staff - so a resident does not get to enjoy many of the properties features to their full capacity. There is a lot of potential at HRC, but in the present moment many of the fine details of maintaining the care of the property receive below average attention.

Love to call my home! Glad the dog wash is up and running just in time for shed season! Quietest residence I’ve lived…both inside home from outside noise as well as residents within the building. Location is bustling with great dining, shopping and nature bearing experiences. Right on bus line for those needing it! Really, all you need within a few blocks..walking distance. Trader Joe’s and HEB, car care, gas station, close to major highway intersection, foot truck park, urgent care, veterinary services…even car dealerships. All those affairs available and STILL quiet. It’s be a hard option to pass by.

Perfect floorplan for myself and my 4 legged babies. Super chill community with fabulous amenities, including 3 pools , self dog washing station, self car wash all llocated within the property , dog park, etc. Come thru and take a look condo specs so very little if any noise from neighbors . I adore the leasing and mgmt team here. Kentravis , Alex and really all of the folks in the office have been super helpful and always super polite. That's what keeps me here!

Great location so close to groceries such as HEB and Trader Joe’s. A 15 minutes drive to The Domain is a plus for this community. The landscape is wonderful with so many trees so it’s kind of cool in the summer.

My only problem is the bugs sometimes but that probably comes in part with the wildlife I get to see from my balcony! Otherwise any other problems that I have faced have been promptly resolved. But the front gate hasn’t closed in months and that is annoying!

This is a professional, friendly community, which is always clean and welcomes the stranger who is looking for living accommodations. I only wish they had a bit better lighting at night. I once came back late in the evening--walking from the bus stop outside this community, and it felt really dark!! I should carry a flashlight!

so far I have had a really smooth transition into my new apartment. It was easy to apply online. Everyone in the office was super helpful and nice and I have no complaints about the property yet! It feels very safe and quiet but conveniently located near so much stuff. The walls are super thick so I don’t hear any of my neighbors. The apartment is spacious and I am super happy with my decision.
