The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Bad time living there, a lot of issues and no help from the management

Not only is it affordable, but the management staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The building is kept very clean. The apartments are spacious and modern with modern appliances and fixtures. Some of them even come pre-furnished. The staff is always available for maintenance or any other needs and always willing to help. They genuinely care about the tenants and strive to create a sense of home and family. I highly recommend Harbour Point Gardens to anyone looking for an affordable and quality place to live in Troy, NY.
Applied about a month ago on March 26th after a tour which I believed went really well. I expressed how interested I was and how much I liked the new apartments. Never heard back if it was approved or denied. Sent numerous emails, voicemails, even went to the leasing office and left my name and number. No one ever answered or got back to me about anything after paying $70 for an application fee. My lease ends in less than two weeks and still never got a response.
Apartment complex is under new ownership. Huge Potholes everywhere in the parking lots. Trash garbage debris all over the apartment complex maintenance is terrible.
The property is run down. The property manager lies all the time about things he promises. The maintenance is the worse they don’t know what they are doing what so ever and basically your on your own. Some of the residents take their down to the playground to poo because they don’t wanna pick it up. So don’t bother letting you kids go play on it.
