Not very safe. There’s been car break ins recently. Maintenance comes when they feel like it and/or will just lend you the tools so you have to do it yourself which is crazy. Maintenance issues go unsolved all the time. Never anybody in the front office when you need them. At least there isn’t bugs.

I moved in on March 10th, 2 bedroom very spacious check off all of my boxes. Very quiet community and very well kept. Neighbors are nice and speak when they see u. Great location, conveniently located to a lot of things. The move was simple great experience.

I’ve lived here for a few years . I love my unit and the location of the complex. The price is fair in comparison to nearby neighborhoods. The parking can be an issue sometimes. The neighbors are nice most stay to themselves. Not a lot of noise problems. The issue I do have is with management and the office. They don’t return phone calls . They don’t follow through on their word. And whoever is managing the rent portal does a bad job. Several times my rent payment has been wrong due to this portal. The overall cleanliness is good although sometimes the trash bins run over and it can be time in between pickups. If the management and office could get on track with us residents this would definitely change my rating.

I have always enjoyed my time here and hope things continue as they are. Anything I had a concern with, I asked and got the appropriate response or given explanation on the events leading to a resolution. I hope Mr Sykes is here to stay and continue to be a ray of light to those he comes across or interacts with. Also I would like to give a special thanks and shout out to the maintenance man JOSH, he has been so warming and helpful to me and my family and he doesn’t have to go out his way but he does. Good location , spacious unit. The price is fair in comparison to nearby areas. Parking space availability still is an issue. Office staff communicates poorly. Phone calls un returned. Request made and not completed. Neighbors can be noisy at odd times. The community upkeep could be better trash and breezeways included. Overall not a bad place to call home the amenities we have are nice and the greenery makes it look beautiful with the changing seasons.
