I toured Hanover South End yesterday and was seriously impressed. The building is top notch, and the customer service from the staff was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you’re apartment hunting in Charlotte I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Toured here twice - once with Peyton and once with Nicole. Both were exceptional; personable, knowledgeable about the property and very accommodating when it came to my preferences. I had also briefly spoken to Mary Kate and she was awesome as well. Honestly, the leasing team here might be the nicest team I’ve ever met! With regard to the property, definitely a modern and nice looking property. Can’t speak on the pool area as it’s still under construction as of the time of this review, but the amenities are very nice - great gym (almost fully stocked with the essentials, wish there was a leg press, ab crunch machine, and set of resistance bands though but otherwise awesome machines and dumbbell weight range), common spaces are nicely furnished, love how the mail and package rooms are in the lobby (more secure), and love how there is covered parking. The apartments we toured were modern and well appointed, fingers crossed the build quality is as nice as they look. Definitely of the nicest apt complexes in South End and came away excited and pumped!

Very clean property. Mary Kate was well versed with the property and answered all my questions. This location was very warm and inviting. Very sleek designs. Very thrilled to sign my lease and move in.

Recently moved into the building and it’s great! The apartment is really nice and can’t wait for the rest of the amenities including the pool to open. Staff is has been extremely helpful with everything.

I recently moved into Hanover South End and have had nothing short of an amazing experience! The shared and personal spaces are all beautiful and spacious, filled with very updated appliances and features. But the highlight of the building is the entire leasing team. I’ve spoken to Liz, Nicole, Haley, Peyton, and Mary Kate and they are all extremely friendly and helpful! Liz, Nicole, and Haley all helped answer every question I had throughout the leasing process and made it an absolutely seamless experience. They make my pup and me feel right at home, and we love it here!
