Living in RiNo has been an incredible experience! This apartment complex has truly gone above and beyond my expectations and the location is in the perfect area. The amenities are high quality and the apartments are modern and spacious. The management and maintenance teams are always there when you need something!
Such a great place to live! The entire leasing staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming - they even give my dogs treats when I walk through the lobby. Tyler was the first to help me during my move in day, and he went above and beyond in answering all my questions, showing me the property, and being attentive to any issues/needs I had. I ended up needing a unit with a larger closet, and the team helped me move to another unit quickly without additional fees. The maintenance staff is also exceptional. Mario, the maintenance manager, always fixes my requests quickly and does a great job. I love the amenities at this building. The gym, salt water pool, dog spa/park, and courtyard all have a luxurious and upscale feel. The property is always well maintained, and the parking garage is very secure. I moved from out of state and enjoy this neighborhood even more than I imagined. It's super walkable with workout classes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores a short distance away. I recommend Hanover RiNo to anyone considering moving to the area!

The apartments here are so nice. I loved all the beautiful colors and the it’s nice to think that you’ll be the first person living in these apartments since the place is new. I absolutely love living at the Hanover! The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home. The leasing and maintenance team are exceptional, especially Samah, Joel, and Tyler, who have each made my experience unforgettable. Samah is a superstar on the leasing team! I was having trouble with my key fob, and she was incredibly helpful, solving the issue right away. She was so nice and patient with me, even going the extra mile by giving me extra batteries to make sure I wouldn’t have any future issues. Her dedication and kindness are unmatched. Joel from maintenance is incredible! Anytime I’ve had a request, he responds quickly and always resolves the issue with great care and attention to detail. The staff and amenities here are so great! Everyone in the office and leasing team has been so kind and welcoming and I love how beautiful everything is! The sky deck has to be my favorite part of living here. The fire place and the city backdrop is stunning! And so many cute dogs on property, I love it here!

Every new apartment community markets themselves as a “luxury” apartment community, but few actually live up to that term. Hanover RiNo is the exception to the rule. The floor plans are spacious and well-designed, the amenities are unbeatable, and the folks who work here and make everything happen with great attitudes are unparalleled. Seriously, you don’t get better people than the Hanover team. The property is decorated beautifully as well. I’ve toured pretty much every option on Brighton Blvd and no other property can compete. Hanover RiNo is the winner and i’m beyond happy living here. If you want to live in RiNo, there isn’t a better option than this community!

I toured this placed and was amazed how beautiful it is. When it comes to customer service, these guys are it, they will stand up and come to greet you, i was hesitant at the beginning, but they made me feel good with their customer service. Place is clean, and maintenance staff is amazing. Location is the best. Hopefully will be moving in soon.

I am looking for a new home and came across Hanover Rino, I decide to tour and see if it has what I am looking for a new place to call home. Winter is around the corner and is hard to move during a snow storm or had to guess when the weather will allow me to move. from the beginning i was impressed with how it looks from the outside but when I tour the inside of the building I was blown away with how the amenities are set, the courtyard is my favorite from all but the Gym, Theater, Pool and the units are stunning! all I can say is that soon I will have new neighbors and friends in my new home Hanover Rino.

I recently toured this building and I can confidently say it is by far the best one I have seen during my apartment search. I moved in a couple months ago, I love the community, my neighbors are awesome, the leasing staff have been amazing, and even maintenance has been prompt and helpful as well. I very much enjoy how well maintained the grounds through the apartment is as well! Definitely recommend.

Hanover RiNo is a perfect brand-new place to call home for anyone that's looking for a place to live. I love the fully equipped Gym that overlooks the pool area and Club Room that both have tall windows that allow enough light into the room in addition a beautiful warm fireplace for winter the season. I came in for a tour the other day and was blown away! Samah was my tour guide and i loved how she took the time to explain all the amenities and made me feel at home. My favorite part was the skydeck and the pool is also amazing! Will be making my decision soon but this property is at the too of the list!

I really enjoy living here. It is in a great location for anyone who wants to explore Denver. You can make it to Rockies games, bars, and coffee shops in a quick walk. The building itself is very clean and has the best amenities I have experienced in any apartment. The leasing team has worked with us multiple times and been extremely flexible. Being new to Denver, I would highly suggest moving here.

If you've been to one big box apartment complex you've been to them all, right? Nope. The level of detail/quality in the amenities here is unmatched, the gym and club house/common room both feel like a luxury hotel. Living at Hanover RiNo has been fantastic! The apartments are modern and stylish, with great finishes. The rooftop deck offers amazing city views, and the fitness center and pool are excellent.
